Outdoors, the spectacular yard is completely walled and gated for privacy, and is perfectly space planned, with everything you need to truly get away from it all. Indoor living is spread across three buildings. The Villa, Bungalow, and Casita buildings. The Villa contains the King Master Suite and two more King ensuite bedrooms. The Master Suite features a King bed, sitting area with TV, gas fireplace, walk in closet with washer and dryer. French doors to the terrace which overlooks the pool, pond and out to the mountains. The en suite bathroom is simply stunning, with a soaking tub and shower with dual rainfall shower heads. The other 2 Villa Suites have private entrances and King beds, flatscreen TVs and en suite bathrooms.

The Villa also features a Great Room, Media Room, indoor/outdoor bar and a Game Room with billiards and shuffleboard. Upstairs and downstairs wraparound terraces with misters to relax and enjoy the incredible views. A luxuriously outfitted chef's kitchen as well as indoor dining for 20 make meals at the Villa an event everyone will enjoy.

The Bungalow provides a King Master Suite with private doors to the patio, flatscreen TV and en suite bath. The Bungalow has its own gourmet kitchen, living room, fireplace, half bath, and laundry room. The covered terraces, outdoor dining for 8, BBQ and lush gardens make al fresco meals a treat.

Across the pool from the Villa, and just in front of the pond, sits the Casita. Two Queen suites, outdoor living and dining area, outdoor fireplace and placement between the infinity pool and fishing pond make the Casita an escape of its own.
