About this property

Very quiet house without vis-à-vis near countryside, village, golf course, beach

Detached house 110 m2 with 3 bedrooms (1 with office), 2 bathrooms, on land of 1000 m2 not overlooked with pergola which allows you to be outside as often as possible (some say it is possible that it rains sometimes).

Renovated and furnished in 2021.

Very quiet location facing nature where you can see deer during an aperitif (not every day, deer have no contractual obligation and sometimes they take vacations!).

Located 1.7 km from Letty beach (white sea) and 2 km from the center of Bénodet via paths or sidewalks (need to walk 150 m on roadside cycle path to access the perimeter of the paths/sidewalks).

Cleaning costs will be reimbursed later if the house is cleaned by the tenants.

Haus in sehr schöner und ruhiger Lage - Sauberkeit hat Potenzial nach oben

Das Ferienhaus liegt landschaftlich schön und ruhig – ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Erholung. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, alles Wesentliche für den Aufenthalt ist vorhanden.Bei unserer Ankunft entsprach der Reinigungszustand allerdings nicht den Erwartungen: Die Unterkunft wirkte insgesamt sehr schmutzig und nicht gründlich vorbereitet für Gäste. Einige Dinge, die in der Anzeige ausdrücklich als gehobener Standard angepriesen wurde, waren unbrauchbar, wie z.B. der verrostete Grill, die verstaubte Kaffeemaschine und der veraltete Espresso-Automat. Wir haben dies dem Vermieter mitgeteilt und es wurde eine Mini-Minderung gewährt. Wenn ich allerdings meine Kosten für Putzmittel, Anschaffung eines kleinen Grills, die ganze Zeit für die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und vor allem meine verputzte Urlaubszeit dagegenrechne…Das war alles in allem nicht so, wie man es eigentlich gewohnt ist für einen solchen Preis. Mit mehr Verlässlichkeit in der Kommunikation und besserer Reinigung könnte das Haus deutlich an Qualität gewinnen und ein angenehmer Ferienort sein.

Nettes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet. Eine große Terrasse mit einer großen Sitzecke und ein kleiner Spa sorgten für gemütliche Abende. Bei der Tischtennisplatte fehlte leider das Netz. Allerdings befanden sich in der Garage noch Fahrräder, die wir hätten benutzen können. Zum Strand sind es allerdings nicht 5 Minten zu Fuß, wie es in der Beschreibung steht, sondern eher 25 Minuten. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, da man viele schöne Städte in der Nähe hat.
