This recently renovated 3BR/3BA condo in the Duneridge complex at Wrightsville Beach offers the ideal setup for families, couples, and group getaways looking for comfort, convenience, and coastal views. Located in an elevator-access building, the condo overlooks the community pool, Atlantic Ocean, and the marsh - making it easy to relax without ever leaving the home.
The thoughtfully designed layout provides privacy for everyone. The primary king bedroom features a private bathroom with a dual vanity, while the queen bedroom includes an attached full bath that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and its own private full bathroom, making this condo ideal for multi-generational stays or traveling with kids.
You’ll enjoy access to the community pool, private beach access, the tennis court, and a freshly updated interior designed for laid-back beach living – this Dune Ridge condo delivers everything you’re looking for.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A cooler, beach cart and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
