Tree Top Studio is a 400 sq foot Suite with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan and air conditioning. It features teak and bamboo unique vintage style furnishings with a new king, pillowtop bed, comfy sofa, tv w/dvd player, cd/radio/stereo, dining for 2 inside and out.

The corner unit offers privacy with 'tree top' views. The sunny, tiled lanai looks onto a greenbelt of flowering tropical trees and plants filled with birds.

Spacious bath features tiled, glassblock, walk-in shower with pebblestone floor and 2 shower heads.

The 'kitchenette' has a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and kitchen sink. Dishes and silverware are provided. The nearby pools offer gas bbq's.

This is the perfect, affordable accommodation for those who do not wish to do a lot of cooking. Have breakfast in, keep your Maui blanc chilled, have ice and a blender for your mai tais, the gas grills nearby can sear your ahi and you can dine under the stars on your lanai. Wailea and Kihei have many restaurants to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment. It was perfect for my partner and me. All of the kitchen and beach furniture amenities were extremely useful. The villas themselves were beautiful and in a great location in Wailea. I will absolutely book this place again for a future trip to Maui.

Nice location and pretty property! The property was clean, a little dated but understandable. The facility was nice and enough room with chairs and other things to use on our day trips. I would have liked to of had a better coffee maker, one that you can make a full pot with the use of a filter or a kuerig style along with a toaster as toast in the morning with coffee would of been nice.

Nice quiet place and close to where we wanted to be. It had everything we needed and was as described. The only negative was the parking. There wasn’t a dedicated space but there was always a guest spot (first come-first served) available somewhere in the parking lot. We would definitely stay there again.

Winter getaway to start celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.

It met our needs nicely. It was clean, had beautiful foliage to enjoy from the balcony and was convenient to a lot of beaches. It felt private and quiet.

Once again not disappointed!

This was our fourth time staying at this property. It is by far the best value, location and well equipped condo in the Wailea area. Great value. If we get to come back to Maui will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful area!

Perfect location and nice place! Had to have shower drain unclogged the first day and a couple of minor repairs are needed but great place with gorgeous gardens. Large comfortable bed and just a short walk to the Shops at Grand Wailea.

Great location and exactly what I needed!

I had a wedding at Wailea Beach Resort. This condo was a short walk there as well as the mall and the Beach walk. It was very convenient to have a small kitchenette and a washer and dryer. Condo met all my needs.

I was pleased to see the unit was just as described online! I loved the lanai & that "choir" of many tropical birds hidden in the bushes serenading me early each morning & again in evening. The foliage was beautiful. The kitchenette suited me just fine. The entire complex was quiet & cozy.

Hawaiian holiday

We had a great time here in Maui. Our accommodation was in a great location - close to beaches , parking was good, pool was a nice extra touch. We had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. Our little home away from home was perfect . Bed was comfy and extra beach towels was so thoughtful. Our vrbo host was very friendly and responded quickly should we have any questions. This was our first time in Maui but hopefully not the last .

Wonderful

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Location was clean and had everything we could have asked for and more during our stay. (Washer and dryer! plus SO much more) Location was everything! Right in the heart of Wailea with easy access (walking or driving) to shopping and all of Waimea’s beautiful beaches. We enjoyed all the amenities at the property and had an absolutely wonderful time. 11/10 would recommend this place for your stay!

Great set up.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our second time staying in this unit and our fourth time in a lockout-style unit. We truly believe this setup is one of the best options available. Here’s why: • The full-size refrigerator is incredibly convenient for keeping beverages cold and storing food, compared to units with mini fridges. • The extra sink in the mini kitchen is a great feature, especially since some units only have a bathroom sink, which isn’t ideal for washing dishes. • Having access to private laundry facilities is a huge plus. In some units, laundry is either unavailable or shared with neighbors, which can be less convenient. Overall, this unit provided everything we needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Excellent spot for one or two walking distance to wailea

Stayed here for a week while attending a conference at the wailea Marriott. Apartment was perfect for one, wife would have like it as well. Super clean, bed comfortable, air conditioner worked awesome. Nice shower and wash/dryer in unit. Pool is compact but quiet, lanai balcony private for meals or coffee. Short 5-10 min walk to wailea Marriott or shops. Lots of good restaurants at different price ranges within 5 min walk. Just be aware there are some up and down hills. Nothing too crazy, but you might break a sweat walking back from wailea shops midday. Parking is a little tight, both size of spaces and number of spots but didn't have too much difficulty finding a spot most days. Overall a perfect getaway for a business trip to not have to pay conference hotel prices, but also no worries about driving around after happy hour. :)

The condo was nice for our stay but there are couple of things; the carpet needs to cleaned and replace the towels. The purple and green towels had a bad odor to them and after washing them a couple of times that didn't help. Some of the other towels weren't as bad. The beach towels didn't have an odor. There is a bump between the tile and the carpet that is not smooth, so maybe that could smoothed out. The bed was comfortable and the patio was enjoyable.

The location is walking distance yo the Shops at Wailea and close to Kihea and anything in Wailea. The complex, Grand Champions is pleasent and well kept. The unit: Pros For a studio it felt large Nice lanai in the back with serene view Great internet 60Mbs down and 45 up using 5Ghz Bed was comfortable AC helped reduce humidity Beach gear Cons A lot of mold on shower head It was rare to find a clean dish in the cabinet. We washed everything before we used anything You had to park far from the unit unless you were lucky. There was only 1 spot close to the unit.

great place, high ceilings, studio set up is awesome for my tastes, the beds views are toward the large sliding glass doors that open up to the luscious tropical trees surrounding the deck. great mini-kitchen, well equipped. The electric frying pan was such and asset. side note: I brought a frying pan in case and Before driving the 30 mins to the condo from the airport I stopped at the Walmart in Kahului and bought an electric hot plate and Tupperware containers,) didn't need them at all so I left them there for the next visitors. Great place, had all the things one needs for day trips to beach and hiking. Walk to the beach in the morning for an ocean dunk is only 15 minutes across the beautiful views golf course to Ulua beach with is right in front of the Andaz hotel, the beach has no lave rock obstructions to go in the water with some good waves and very light undertow. A/C worked great. TV & cable worked great. wifi worked great. mini kitchen setup very functional well stocked with pots, pans, mixers, glasses coffee cups, coffee maker, toaster oven, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. very good. I give it a five star rating for pleasue and comfort and ease of living. Well located five minue walk next to Mariott properties(Renissance/Ace hotel these have restaurants to eat at. or 15 minute walk to the shopping center called the shops at Wailea that have restarants and shops and ice cream etc.
