PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS!! Cozy 1st floor 1BR/1BA, Sleeps 4. Great for Families!

*Steps away from the Beach!!! This first floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with bunks condo has a king sized bed in the bedroom and 2 bunks in the hallway.

* Kitchen is fully stock with everything you need to make meals along with grills in the courtyard right outside the front door. We do provide salt, pepper, oil. We also will have a starter Keurig coffee pods, sweeteners and creamers available for the coffee maker to start you off on your vacation.

*The unit is directly across from the parking area, making it easy to unload luggage, groceries or just going to beach.

*There is one large pool, that is heated seasonally, November thru March, and a hot tub.

*The private gated beach is just steps away.

*Beach service is provided March 1st thru October 31st from 7:30 -5:00pm at a savings of over $200 per week.

*Linens: Bed linen, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of bathroom tissue, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags. Guests are responsible for anything in addition to the starter supply provided.

**Snowbirds welcome!! Monthly rentals November to March message us for rates.

We loved our stay here.

This condo was super clean and just seconds away from the beach great proximity to lots of fun different places on the strip .The owner is extremely nice and communicates well. Hopefully we can snag this one again next year.

Excellent Location & Accommodation

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. It was extremely clean and spacious. The private beach access and short walk there was amazing. The owner/property manager was very accommodating and responsive. I am most definitely coming back and renting this unit again!

Prefect Week Away

We had a great time staying here. Condo was clean and nice. Just perfect for the 4 of us for the week. It is super close to the beach. We loved having the private entrance and the beach service was super helpful. Laurndry area was close by and easy to use with change or card. Pool was good temp and hot tub really helped me relax in the evenings. A definite recommendation for anyone and we will return!! Love it, thank you!
