The perfect Spring Break!

Sea Winds was the perfect spot for our family of 4. The unit stocked with everything we needed…beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The views were breathtaking and the location was within walking distance to some great restaurants! Highly recommend!

Unit was nice. Negative was such incredible small TVs in all rooms. Positive was location to everything and the beautiful view overlooking the beach. Karen Peeples was wonderful to work with.

Wonderful Marco Vacation

Karen was wonderful to work with. They were replacing windows while we were renting the unit. Karen was very informative and helpful through the process. The workers and staff were so accommodating. The view is wonderful and the unit was good for the two of us. It's also nice to be able to walk to some of the restaurants and shops!

Very nice condo

Two bed, 2 bath condo in Sea Winds complex. Clean, up to date, bathrooms appear to be recently remodeled. Cannot beat the location, condo to beach is 5 minutes tops. Balcony overlooks the beach and Gulf. Spectacular sunsets. Condo very well equipped. More towels and linens than you could ever use. Everything you need in the kitchen. Property manager easy to work with, and prompt with responses. We had two very minor issues on checkin, both resolved quickly by manager. One by a phone call that night (really was our mistake) and one with a service man the next day. Stuff happens but response and fix couldn’t have been better. Looking into returning next year if available.

Fabulous condo!

This property is as described and more! We had a smooth check in process and communication with Karen was wonderful! The pictures do no justice to the condo or the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my self, my mom and two teenaged kids. The beach was great and having everything we needed like chairs and umbrellas was great! We will book here again!

Great vacation spot

Great place for a couple or small family. View and beach are lovely. Lots of beach supplies are provided (chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, even some toys). Kitchen had all we needed to cook, but also easy walk to restaurants.

Love Marco island, great place to vacation.

Great condo, great location. Only thing I wish is that it had staple things, a few laundry pods or detergent to do those beach towels, dish washing detergent. Things like that. Seemed silly to have to run out and buy some. Other then that it was very nice.

Excellent Experience

This was our first time using VRBO and staying on Marco Island. The location of this condo could not have been any more perfect for our needs. The view of the sunset whether from the balcony or the beach were spectacular. Karen made this experience even better, her professionalism, attention to detail an quick responses to any question we had made for a more relaxing vacation than we anticipated. I would highly recommend this unit, in fact we already sent a link to someone who saw some of our photos.

Been to Marco Island many times over the years, but this was our first stay at Sea Winds, and we loved it! This unit was clean and well stocked; and Karen was totally awesome to work with, always so friendly and helpful, as was the staff at check-in. Also, having a washer/dryer in the unit is an added PLUS! We will continue to book our time at Sea Winds for future vacations! Thank you!

Beautiful vaca in Marco

This condo is beautiful! It was so nice to be right on the beach and have all of the beach toys/towels we needed for a fun family vacation! We were able to cook all of our meals in the condo in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoy every beautiful sunset right off the patio :) Will definitely return!

Perfectly Relaxing

The unit is exactly as photographed. We wanted a week on the beach and it met our expectations, easy access to the beach awesome location for walking or just lounging. Could hear the ocean from the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Unit has all you need to go to the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. just unpack and enjoy. Will stay here again on my next visit.

Great Place in Marco

We loved our marco island vacation. The seawinds is a great complex. The unit was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family of 5. Karen was very responsive and helpful.
