Great location with easy access to the beach. This condo could use some updates and a deep cleaning. It was adequate but not the greatest. Kitchen could use some updates. We were greeted by some roaches the first night in the kitchen which was definitely not a pleasant experience.

Our home away from home.

We have been staying at this condo for a couple years now we drive all the way from Chicago and we absolutely love it. It is our home away from home. The location is perfect, even though we came into a tropical storm the weather cleared up and ended up being beautiful the rest of our trip !! I will recommend this unit and the sea winds to everyone. We have the best time while we are here every time we come down !! I love the little upgrades they have added to the unit as well. Coffee station and fruit baskets were such a nice essential to have I also am so happy with all of the beach chairs and beach accessories already in the unit storage. We were sad to leave but can’t wait to be back next year. ❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Seawinds 106 for two weeks in November. It was a great location. Not having to use the elevators was a huge plus (I’d stayed before on another floor). And the beaches and always is lovely in this area. Just a heads up, ring on the first floor, you don’t get the great Gulf view that you do when you are higher up. And the mangroves block some of what you do have. It despitethat, it’s a I Ella e. Had everything we needed. Nice coffee “bar” area. Would definitely stay again.

They didn't broom under the bed and furniture. There was dust in furniture. The balcony no clean. The bathrooms no cleaned, the bathtub no clean and mold and dirt in the shower. Not enough bath towels, only 4 very old. N stand fan that didn't work, and scarce cookware. I used to go to that property x many years in summer.
