This spacious 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and just a 1300 ft. walk to Bassing Harbor, which is perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. If you prefer, you can drive down the private lane and park within 20 feet of the beach, at no additional cost! The house features granite countertops and tile flooring, large living room, sunroom and spacious yard. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a Queen bed and en suite bathroom. Upstairs are Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with two Twin beds and Bedroom 4 with a Queen bed. All four bedrooms have window AC units. Spend your days at the private beach or take a stroll through downtown Chatham which is only 2 miles away. Enjoy your evenings with a cocktail in the sunroom, or out on the newly expanded deck overlooking the large yard perfect for those traveling with kids! From bad to worse

When we arrived I was immediately disappointed. The house had decor and appliances trapped in the late 70’s. There were area rugs in every room that were disgusting - dirty and smelly. The beach that you can walk to is loud with bots and not great for swimming. And I am honestly not a particularly picky person. I have stayed a lot of places and have never issued a bad review before. But when things really got bad was when we awoke to bats flying around our heads. This happened two nights in a row, so we actually left the property 3 days early. Now I am trying to get my money back for those nights and the rental agency hasn’t responded. Very disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the house and the house layout. Wished the outdoor shower worked. To me that is just part of vacation on the Cape. Also, just better for the house.

Great quiet place plus a private beach!

This is a little slice of heaven. Very quiet neighborhood and the private beach was great. The house was clean and fully stocked including the kitchen with many place servers, utensils, and cooking pots/pans. The grill was big enough for a family gathering. Even the neighbor stopped by to say hi! We had one very small mechanical issue which was taken care of by the realtor and the maintenance person in a timely manor. If you are looking for a great, quiet, private beach this is definately the place!
