Recently remodeled, the entire home is styled in an eclectic mix to suit the Florida lifestyle, with tile throughout and plantation shutters on the windows. The open concept living, and dining area is bathed in natural light from the wall of sliding glass doors. Comfortable new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa (converts to a queen-sized bed), will have you relaxed and feeling at home in no time. There's a large TV so you can catch your favorite show and a DVD player to watch a movie. There's also free internet throughout the condo - the perfect way to research the activities and destinations you want to visit while you're here, email your family and friends, or make reservations at one of our popular restaurants on the water (or order take out!).

Through the sliding glass doors awaits your glimpse of paradise - a large wrap-around screened in lanai with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico - a place where you will no doubt spend many relaxing hours dining or reading a book while you take in the sea air. You can settle down and watch the boats sail out to the Gulf from Big Carlos Pass. Wake in the morning and plan your day while having your morning coffee out. Better yet, start a tradition of enjoying a glass of your favorite wine while watching our world-famous sunsets right from your lanai!

The beautifully designed kitchen has all the bells and whistles. Brand-new stainless-steel appliances (including that oh so important dishwasher) compliment the custom cabinetry and granite countertops to make meal prep a pleasure. The breakfast bar is the place to serve up a snack or chat with friends while you cook. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - tableware and cookware. For entertaining, there's also a dining area with a glass topped table for six conveniently located right next to the breakfast bar. Meals can be enjoyed here or out on the lanai.

The Master Bedroom En Suite will be waiting for you at the end of the day. A true Master Retreat, there's a King-sized bed, in-room wall mounted large flat screen TV, walk in closet and full Master Bath to spoil you. Enjoy your private lanai access from the Master Bedroom - better to sneak out through the Master Bedroom sliders to the lanai for some late-night star gazing or watching the moon sparkle on the Gulf. The Master Bath has also been remodeled and features a granite topped vanity and tiled tub/shower combo. The Guest Bedroom accommodates your family or friends with two comfortable Twin Beds and its own TV. Directly next door is the remodeled Guest Bath with a wonderful, full tiled walk in shower.

Every aspect of this vacation condo was designed for easy vacation living. Linen closets hold freshly laundered bath linens and beach towels. There's even a washer/dryer tucked away - no visiting the laundromat during your vacation! There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. For your convenience, there is free WiFi in the condo, building elevators, secured lobby and ample on-site parking.

Carlos Pointe Condominiums sit at the southern tip of the island. The very secluded and private beachfront at Carlos Pointe is HUGE and extends from Big Carlos Pass to the south and the Gulf to the west. The Resort-sized Heated Pool offers a place for swimming or just enjoying our sun-filled days with great views of the Gulf and Lovers Key State Park. There's a BBQ area, a covered picnic area by the pool, ample lounge chairs to soak up the sun, an indoor dining area with a kitchenette, and a social room that overlooks the pool.

Of course, best of all is the Gulf in your backyard - 7 miles of white sand and surf. While you stroll this huge, gorgeous beach, you likely will see Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans and dozens of shore birds. Bring your fishing poles and catch Grouper, Snook, Sharks and more from the shore or bridge at Big Carlos Pass. Fort Myers Beach is home to the renowned Shrimp fishing fleet. Enjoy fresh catches daily. Kayak or boat to Mound Key, an archaeological treasure built as the Calusa Indian's headquarters over one thousand years ago. Stroll through the Matanzas Pass Nature Preserve and enjoy Florida's flora, fauna, and bird life in its primitive state. Walk to Lover's Key State Park for kayaking, shelling, and picnics.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! Restaurants at Santini Plaza are scheduled to open January 2026. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bight Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge.
