Terrible Condo Unit
Large mold patches on ceilings in majority of rooms that needed to be treated. Trip hazard in hallway due to buckled broken tile that was “fixed” with rug. Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen island not secured to foundation. Wi-Fi password didn’t work. Back door frame broken with sharp metal edges At bottom. Bathroom in twin bedroom had zero adjustment for temp. (All hot) master bathroom shower curtain liner was molded and holders were really rusted. Balcony railing on side balcony was rusted and separating. Room requires a physical key to enter while most other units have keyless entry. Many tiles throughout the unit are cracked. Management company mentioned previous problems with this room upon checkout. Room should have never been rented.
We have stayed at the palms a dozen times before but in different units and have had good experiences. Do NOT RENT THIS ROOM.

Great location, condo could use some TLC. Wasn't bad, just a few things that could stand some fixing up, but really enjoyed our family visit.

Great place with a good location. Always parking. Only issues was one of the bedrooms would get hot.

nice great view
living room furniture needs up grade the 2 smaller beds need replaced mattress. kitchen counter tops looked bad. needs more basic knifes forks etc. we still thank a great condo .Hope we can rent again next fall. Ray
