Four Seasons 901E - Check out this remodeled, updated, top floor unit!! Welcome to "Reel Life". Four Seasons is directly on the beach, and hosts the only private pier in Alabama. This corner unit, located on the 9th floor of the Four Seasons complex.
With over 1,700 square feet to allow plenty of room to gather. This beautiful unit has three bedrooms that are spread out to allow privacy for each bedroom. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and each has their own bathroom. All bedrooms also have flat screen TVs.
Four Seasons 901E "Reel Life" offers Gulf views from the large sliding glass doors in the living room, and the two master bedrooms. The large balcony provides a beautiful view of the pier and the beach, while also providing some privacy. The open floor plan allows you to flow easily from the kitchen to the living room and onto the balcony.
Winter Snowbird Monthly Discounts: Jan 01- Mar 01 required for rental quote and includes the Winter Snowbird monthly discount. Additional Winter Snowbird nights available upon request.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
*Parking: Allows 1-2 cars, One parking pass is included in rental packet. I didn't cook much. There were a lot of pans and cooking utensils. There were plenty of dishes. I have no idea about pan spray or olive oil, or even salt and pepper. There were two Dishwasher pods and two laundry pods. No additional garbage liners. So we had to plan for that. We never spent time at the pool, just the beach. Also there are no beach towels, even at the pool. BYO.The rest of the pictures were very accurate. It was clean and had a beautiful Gulf view. The patio was lovely. The beds were quite comfortable.
Very clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds and furniture, would stay here again The only thing that could be improved is check in could all be done online without driving to a different address. I have booked at this resort before and never had to drive to a different location for check in
Very clean! The most clean condo I have ever been in. Had better quality cookware and dinnerware. We don’t do plastic or non stick and they had better quality kitchenware which was nice to utilize. Spacious and bedrooms are private which is nice!
We absolutely loved the condo. Beautifully decorated and plenty of space, however the parking absolutely stinks. We were told that we could purchase an additional parking pass online but when we got there that was not the case. Our family came in from different states. All 3 of their vehicles were towed at a hefty 250 per car. As much as we loved the condo, we will not stay here again.

That said, we want to be clear regarding the parking situation. Our listing clearly states that only one parking pass is permitted per unit during the Fourth of July holiday. This policy is also reviewed at check-in, and your group received the one pass allowed. At no point did we advise that additional passes could be purchased for that date range, as that is not an option during peak holiday times due to property regulations.
We understand the frustration caused by the towed vehicles, but unfortunately, parking without a valid pass is strictly enforced by the property and beyond our control. We encourage all guests to review parking details closely, especially during high-traffic dates.

My family has come down to Gulf Shores/orange beach many times but this was our first time staying at this location. We picked it because because the size and bedroom layout suited our needs best for our family. Overall our stay went smoothly without any big issues. We were able to add an additional parking pass as well without any trouble. We loved having access to the private pier for fishing. Some some things of note though:
Check-in was a bit of a hassel as you must do it at a separate location far from the condo. The furniture in the photos do not match what was actually in the condo and we all found the furniture to be pretty uncomfortable-not the worst but not great either.
The appliances were loud so we just didnt do laundry or dishes when people were trying to sleep.
We would stay here again though.
This was my first time using VRBO and I was very pleased! The condo was nice and fit our needs! I was looking for a certain bed set up and this had it! The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked, but that is a personal preference. It is very well furnished in the kitchen. There wasn’t a list online but I didn’t need anything that wasn’t there. The building is older but has been taken care of, and the condo unit is modern and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the gulf views and gulf breeze. The pier is an added plus! We watched the fireworks for the 4th of July from it but did not fish from it. The beach area was not very crowded as it is a smaller property with a private beach, which was a huge plus! The pool is small but we never went to it. We did see families enjoying it though. There was only one elevator in service in the East building but we never had to wait too long. I had very good communication from White Shores Realty during booking and the check-in process. We used Gulf Shores Rental Company to rent beach chairs and umbrellas and I highly recommend them as well! The location of the condo is very convenient to grocery stores and shopping. I highly recommend it and would stay here again!
We loved the condo it was extra clean and everything we needed. The fishing pier was a plus since my husband loves to fish. The weather was great and We will come back.
Great property, great location, great beach and pier. I will come back and stay here. Also walking distance to Publix grocery store was very convenient.
The property was fine, we had 4 people in our party and 2 vehicles. It stated in our paperwork that we could buy a second parking pass at the office when we arrived at the property. That was not the case! We were told no, just one car could park at the property and we could use the church parking lot DOWN THE ROAD! (which was far) Really? There were a total of 9 cars in the whole parking lot our whole stay! How can you rent a 3 bedroom condo and let ONE car park there??? For that single reason, I would not return to this property.

Thankfully, the construction has been completed and this is no longer an issue. Parking limits and info is listed in the description for future renters.
We enjoyed our very much. We plan on staying there again. The only thing was only one parking pass aloud, there was plenty of empty parking spaces ,and little fruit flies in the condo.
We stayed here with 3 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space!
We had a lot fruit flies around the condo, especially in the kitchen and the bathroom of one of the rooms, but it might be a seasonal thing. Otherwise, everything was great! We loved the location as it was close to lots of restaurants, grocery and stores. The private pier was awesome; it was very convenient for our fishing family. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
After booking made aware of only one parking pass-m due to construction. this made for a horrible experience. We are staying with one other family-and the recommended parking was 15 minutes there and another back. This wasted a lot of our vacation time and made it difficult coordinating excursions and dinner. There were lots of vacant spots open and the parking lot wasn’t full. Also there were a of folding outside of the balcony several days. We arrived to the condo and scaffolding workers were on our balcony for almost 2 hours.

The property was nice. Fully stocked and great location. There was some construction going on, on the roof. I'm not complaining. The 2 outlets in the kitchen beside the stove did not work. The reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because of the management company. White Shore Realty. They never answered their phones once we checked in or returned our calls. There were only 2 pillows on each bed with pillow cases. There were plenty of extra pillows. Just NOT pillowcases!!

The condo itself was amazing! It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is excellently stocked if you plan on cooking during your stay, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal, very close to grocery stores and restaurants, and the beach was not crowded during our stay. Overall excellent condo!
The condo was spacious, well set up and equipped, extremely comfortable beds, had a beautiful view and so much more, including an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi. We spent a LOT of time on the lovely, big balcony, even though it was a little chilly. There were only two minor drawbacks, in our opinion: the private pier wasn't open and the area isn't as walkable as we'd like. The price was very reasonable for a 3 bedroom/3 bath. We will definitely return to this place!
