We loved the location and all of the room to spread out and the pool! It was perfect for our child's volleyball tournament at the convention center and then we spent a few fun days visiting Universal and we liked that it was close without being too close to the chaos.

The house was not what we expected. There was only one shower and it would have 6” of water backed up every time you took a shower.

The home is listed in detail with pictures of all common areas and space available to guests including bathrooms. On regards to the shower you claim backing up, as I asked you; why would you wait 5 days into your reservation to report issue and not inform on the first day??? Also, as soon as you mentioned “issue” I had a handyman go to the property and there was no backing up; water was noted flowing normal.

Bad experience ever , this people file a claim regarding damaging property while I was staying there, I did not broke anything from this property. I will never encourage anyone to book this place.

Please know I have many pictures of the outdoors and indoors of the damages left at the property. This is clearly not how I had my property when you came in for your reservation of "2 Guests". Neighbor outdoor security camera also shows the activity of the many people in and out of the house until late hours in the morning and even cars parked on the grass. In fact, car was still parked on grass when I stopped by in the morning after being alerted of the unusual activity. My property clearly states in my House rules and your Check In email that No Events of any kind are permitted. In addition, you left my property extremely filthy with garbage, clogged sink, dirty carpets and tile floors, dirty patio and all other damages/broken property that I had to report. You need to be banned from VRBO platform. You have No Respect for others property.

The house is located in a quiet area and we never had any issues with noise from the neighbors. For anyone who has trouble walking upstairs, the only full bath is on the second floor and does not have a bathtub (all disclosed by owner).

We had a great time on our family vacation here. The place felt clean and was comfortable. We had a short weekend, but while there we enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice to get into after a long day. Would definitely stay again.
