About this property

Best location in town! Elegant and a great place for entertaining.

The Alpenblick is the best location in Aspen. Located at the base of Ajax mountain and a block from the gondola, you can walk two short blocks to the center of town for Aspen's famed shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Or you can pamper yourself at the spa at the luxurious St. Regis hotel directly across the street. In the winter you can ski to just across the street. The free shuttle that takes you to Snowmass, Highlands, and Buttermilk is just a half block away. And our unit faces the terrace with dining area, heated swimming pool, gas grill and large jacuzzi. The unit does have parking for one car which is a rarity for Aspen.

This town home has four bedrooms (two masters) each with their own full bathroom. Both master baths have a steam shower and one has a jacuzzi tub. All four bedrooms have high-quality beds with down comforters and luxurious linens.

Upon entering there is a closet that will hold all ski boots, coats and jackets which is vented to ensure everything will dry quickly.

Our kitchen has granite countertops, gourmet six burner gas stove and vented range, stainless steel appliances and all the necessities for cooking at home. It also has a cherry top breakfast bar with three bar stools that is open to the living room for comfortable entertaining.

The dining room table seats 8.

The living room has a cherry floor with warm and inviting furnishings, a gas firplace and large Samsung smart TV.

The cedar lined closets add a special touch for your clothing storage.

Each bed room in the house has a flat screen TV. We also have humidifiers on site for your use.

We have a pool terrace outside the front door that is perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.

This location was perfect for our family of four plus a couple nights of visiting guests. Walking distance to everything including the bus and restaurants. We were in town for a special birthday with our extended family. To say it has the best location in town is actually an understatement. One block from the gondola. One block from the shuttle buses. You can walk absolutely everywhere in town!The condo itself was perfect for our family. Four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus another one off the living/dining room. The place was also well supplied with anything and everything we might need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The owners have obviously thought through what might be needed - even down to extra batteries for all the remote controls. And of course there was the pool and hot tub which were cleaned daily and a grill which we also took advantage of. Finally the owners were very attentive. Reaching out before we arrived and following up just before we left. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a larger party looking for the perfect place to stay.

We spent a month at this property and enjoyed every moment. The owners and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The property itself was spotless, cozy, and offered a beautiful view of the pool. It was also well-equipped with essentials like soap and paper towels, which made our stay even more convenient. The location couldn't have been better, just a few blocks away from the vibrant energy of downtown Aspen. We would love to rent again!

Great location basically between St. Regis and Little Nell. Most of the walk to the gondola is on heated walkways. Can ski back even closer. Ten person spa just outside the door. Jacuzzi with steamer downstairs. Master bath has steamer as well. Owner texted me during stay to check in and local property manager was nice and available but not needed for us since everything was in perfect order.

Near perfect location and quality space that matches description

This is a very tasteful and comfortable 3-floor townhome that does deliver 4 real bedrooms and a couch large enough to sleep on. We are 5 guys from NYC and have been coming to Aspen for 11 years. The kitchen is nicely laid out. The common space was comfortable for 5 people to sit and chat. The Master bedroom was very spacious and the master bathroom is terrific. The owners were very accommodating and communicative. We only have small issues: (1) ideally you would get the parking pass in the condo when you arrive because if you arrive after 5p, the office is closed and you have to hunt for parking, (2) Property management never returned a couple phone calls, which sucks, but we made due, and (3) I mentioned to owner that hot water was a bit in short supply, perhaps it is fixable. It wasn't a huge deal, we just took shorter showers. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everyone had a great time and you can’t beat the location. The space was well appointed for a group of adult couples and professionals and it is rare to find a space that has essentially 4 master suites! The description needs to be updated as there is some info that is not clear. Per the management, dogs are strictly not allowed per HOA but in the listing it states dogs are allowed at discretion of owner. Hot tub is only open from about 9am to 10pm and managed by the property. Some of the info in the “welcome” booklet also was outdated with old contact info etc. The hot water failed at the beginning and the end of the trip but luckily we weren’t inconvenienced. Manager was very flexible and helped us when our flight was delayed so we weren’t abandoned in Aspen with all our luggage. We loved using the kitchen and hot tub right outside the front door and would love to stay again next season. Thanks for making our stay such a lovely experience.

This is by far our favorite condo we have stayed in when we visit Aspen. The location is superb, and the condo is extremely nice. Mike & Bill purchased Alpenblick #4 & #5 in 1993. Both units underwent a massive remodel in 2001 to become one Luxury 1,750 square foot townhouse. With 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, this high tech townhouse is right in the middle of it all.

Why they chose this property

Bill is an avid Deep Sea Fisherman and lives on the East Coast and Mike lives on the West Coast. Both always find time to head to Aspen for their skiing passion.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the few properties in town that has a semi-private pool, Jacuzzi, a grill and dining area just outside of the front door. Alpenblick is on a very quiet street and has beautiful gardens and two large lawns. We also have permitted parking.
