This light, bright, cheerful and modern studio just a couple blocks above all the great shops on Newport Ave. Walk to Newport Market, Backporch Coffee, Spork and more in under 10 minutes. 10 Barrel, The Lot & Sun River Brewing are just a few minutes walk further. Enjoy your very own quiet balcony and tree top views from this lofted retreat. Vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace for chilly nights, A/C for hot summer days. Off street parking and gear storage for bikes too!

The Hillside Loft is a park front studio on the quiet slope of Awbrey Butte. Just across the street from Hillside Park, this loft is also walkable to all the restaurants and shops on Newport Ave and Downtown Bend and Galveston Ave are just a bit further.

If you want a little space of your own in Bend, this is it...just a couple blocks to Spork, Kanpai, Kebaba, Sunnyside Sports and Newport Market, you can't go wrong with this easy location. This is an over-the-garage loft space with no shared walls with living spaces in the main home.

WESTSIDE BEND LOCATION
The Hillside Loft is in the heart of westside Bend! Walk 8-10 minutes to all the shops and restaurants on Newport Avenue. Bring your bike and roll just about anywhere on the westside! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you are only a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Newport Avenue. You will have the best of quiet living in the heart of the westside! This is an over the garage loft with no shared walls with the main home. It's entirely yours to enjoy with your own dedicated parking and private entry. Vaulted ceilings, modern appliances counters, and even a full kitchen for cooking!

HEATING & COOLING
The loft has modern climate control so you'll be the perfect temperature year round. Enjoy cozying up in front of the gas fireplace on chilly evenings. Mini split heat pump will provide A/C all summer long.

WIFI & CABLE
Free wifi (speed test on a mobile phone is 52.8 Mbps / 3.7 Mbps) and Bend broadband cable provided. Smart TV as well so you can stream your favorite channels.

SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS
The Hillside Loft is the ideal getaway home with everything you will need and more! There is a queen bed with fresh and crisp, high thread count sheets and duvet. Plenty of room for lounging in front of the big screen TV or curling up with a good book. The bathroom is clean and modern. You'll find a large and comfortable oversized stall shower (no tub) stocked with earth friendly soaps and shampoos. No laundry facilities here but there is laundry nearby on Galveston Avenue if you need them.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Outside you'll find a private parking space leading to your own private front entry gated. Upstairs just off the kitchen is a 2nd floor balcony with dining for 2. The perfect spot to enjoy your summer meals. Back on the ground floor near your parking spot, there is locked gear storage available year-round! The perfect size for a few bikes, boogie boards and ski.

** This is a quiet residential neighborhood! A Stone's Throw Bungalow homes are not appropriate for noisy groups and quiet hours are enforced after 10pm **

You will have your own private parking spot for 1 vehicle. There is also plenty of free on-street parking in front of the home.

We spend the holiday weekend here and enjoyed how close it was to downtown Bend. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed in a vacation rental. With the fully stocked kitchen I would image it would be nice for longer stays as well. Great price so I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. It is walking distance to downtown and located right next to hillside park. The A/C worked great to keep the unit cool, even while it was very warm out. The bed was comfortable and my wife and I enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony. We would stay here again!

This property was even better in person than the online listing, overall a great base for a solo stay in Bend. Less than a mile walk or run to the river, downtown, and even closer to some amazing markets, restaurants, and watering holes. Loved the keyless entry and no issues, thank you!

Superb Stay

I stayed here for 9 nights while traveling for work and it was a great location for exploring Bend and catching up with old friends. AC/Ceilign fan worked great. Shower was consitently warm and the bed was comfortable. I had a chance to talk to a few of the neighbors and everyone was very firendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Super cute little studio!

Super quiet neighborhood right across the street from a cute little dog park. Studio was super clean and had everything we needed. Driveway was a bit steep, but we just parked on the street which was no problem. Definitely will check here first to stay the next time we are in Bend!

A Hidden Gem

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the Hillside Loft. It’s in a great location. We walked to breakfast every morning. 5 min drive to downtown, private, clean, great parking. It’s right across the street from a little park. Very well equipped with everything you could ever need. We will definitely be back.

I had a great experience… housekeeping was excellent. I had just what I needed including a number to call for any problems if that might come up, although there were none. There were hiking trails near by and it was a quick drive to get downtown. Notes left for visitors provided suggestions of places to go for meals.

Convenient And Cozy Spot

We had a great stay at the Loft. We weren't sure exactly where it was compared to downtown and the west side shops and breweries, but it turned out to be an easy walk to everything (as long as you don't mind walking back uphill). The Loft was cozy, neat, and clean. We didn't really make full use of the kitchen, but it seemed well outfitted. And the bathroom was fully stocked as well. When my wife accidentally turned off the pilot on the gas stove, a text got us help right away, so management was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent spot in Bend

My wife and I were in Bend to celebrate our anniversary. This spot was great for us, very clean, quiet, comfortable bed, easy parking, great information on local restaurants and even some local coffee to sample! The location was good, but a little more of a walk (20+ minutes) to the main downtown area and coming back up the hill was a workout, but needed with all the great food we ate. With a rental car we were between 5-10 minutes to pretty much anything in Bend which was awesome. There were also some great places close by that we walked to, Backporch Coffee and Spork. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend to any couples looking for a getaway in Bend.
