Book this corner unit and score one of the best views of the Deschutes River! This condo can sleep up to 4 guests. The riverfront portion of the unit includes a queen sleeper sofa, a kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. The bedroom has one queen bed. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized oven and stove top. This unit is also pet friendly with an additional fee. Also enjoy our indoor heated pool and hot tub, open daily!



The Space:

Welcome to "Deschutes and Scores," a corner unit condominium that sleeps four with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Because of its location, the owners have recently installed additional windows on the south wall, opening up the room and improving that incredible view. Book this unit and score one of the best views of the Deschutes River.



This condo can sleep up to 4 guests. The riverfront portion of the unit includes a queen sleeper sofa, a kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, apartment-sized oven and stove top. Dishes and cookware are included. Aside from that, you'll find a separate bedroom with another bathroom. 



This is Unit 307/308 at the Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums which is located right on the edge of downtown Bend between Pioneer Park and the Deschutes river. You can take the river trail up to visit numerous downtown shops, pubs, restaurants and more. Guests of this condo also enjoy access to our onsite swimming pool and hot tub which are open daily!



Guest Access:

Guests get exclusive use of the studio. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-7pm daily, same goes as the pool.

First one of the most important things to me is comfort of the bed. I will give it a 5 star. Thank you host for caring enough to put a decent mattress on the bed. The pots and pans were sufficient but getting pretty beat up. They may want to look into that. It was clean and comfortable. TV in both living room and bedroom. If two people or couples were staying, it has two entry doors so if someone is going to sleep earlier than another, a door can be closed to section it off. It has 2 bathrooms! The river walk was very nice. I’d recommend this stay. Had a little lockout scare but Sienna was awesome and got us back in. Hint when leaving make sure both doors can be opened from the outside. We had the security lock on the bedroom and the main door malfunctioned. Had we not had the security lock on the bedroom we could have got in on that door. Regardless, Sienna at the office helped us and we got in.

Nice space, great views and balcony. Having the corner unit with that extra window looking up the river was lovely. Location was great. There’s a riverside walking path all the way to downtown. The hosts were great, communicated well. Downsides: there’s only one couch and it weirdly shallow. Another comfy chair would be nice. The big downside, and this is a bummer because there’s nothing the host can do about this, the person in the unit above STOMPS, like shakes the room stomps, and I don’t understand what they could possibly be doing up there that they walk back and forth constantly. Some people there are permanent residents, so I wouldn’t get this unit again just in case that person is always there. The first night there was a child there crying/SCREAMING throughout the night (not a baby, a talking aged child). Then stompy walks around to do whatever for the kid. 2am, 4am, 6am. I slept terribly. The other nights weren’t like that so I didn’t need the earplugs I went and bought, but stompy still walks back and forth at various times for an inexplicable amount of time. Where are you going? Why are you wearing the iron boots from Zelda? Sit down. It’s unfortunate.

That really is one of our favorite things about this little spot! We’re also happy to hear our team took good care of you while you were here. We’re sorry the upstairs noise put a damper on that first night. With our 1970s construction, sound can unfortunately travel between units more than we would like, and while we can’t always control what is happening in a neighboring condo, we completely understand how frustrating that can be when you’re trying to sleep. The iron boots from Zelda comment did give us a pretty good laugh though! 😂 We really appreciate all of your feedback and hope we get the chance to welcome you back to Bend Riverside again, maybe with a little less stomping next time! Great Location and Accommodation

Beautiful Deschutes River trail just minutes away

It was a great place to stay, with a kitchen that had pretty much everything you needed to relax after a long day of snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor.

Place was clean and quiet. Very roomy, tons of space. Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the river. Paved bike/walking path just outside the door that went to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
