Beach Manor 309 offers the perfect beach trifecta view of dunes, white sandy beaches, and emerald gulf waters. You’ll never need to use the elevator: park on the upper floor of the private, secured parking garage and walk right onto the 3rd floor of Beach Manor - a 5-star luxury that is hard to find. This unit now has new décor and artwork throughout, new furnishings including two living room recliners, and new flat screen HDTVs throughout (55" smart TV in the living room)! The newly remodeled kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need to whip up some great, delicious meals for your family. A new high-top dining table will comfortably seat 6.

Free 30a bicycle rentals: The Owner has worked out a special deal with Big Daddy's Bike Shop on 30a for all of his guests to enjoy unlimited use of bicycles on the trails and pathways surrounding the local area - from dune lakes, state parks, local beach access points, and quaint beach towns, including the famous villages of Watercolor, Seaside, and Rosemary Beach, the whole family is sure to have a ball and experience a one-of-a-kind adventure!
