Welcome to Villa del Mare at Seascape Resort: Your ADA-Friendly Coastal Escape

This 2BR/2BA ground-floor villa offers luxury and convenience with partial ocean views and no stairs. Key features include:

• Spacious 1350 Sq ft layout
• Sleeps up to 6 guests
• King bed in master, queen in second bedroom
• Three ocean-view patios

ADA Features:
• Ground-floor location with no stairs
• Walk-in shower with grab bars (hall bathroom)
• Wheelchair-accessible sinks (Kitchen & hall bathroom)
• Lowered closet bars in spare bedroom
• Newer laminate floors. All hard surface flooring.
• Handicap parking stall in front of the unit

Additional Amenities:
• Fully equipped kitchen with newer stainless appliances
• Living room with large TV and Roku, Bedrooms w/TV's
• Electric BBQ on patio
• Access to resort's three pools, three spas, and restaurant/bar
• Beach towels provided
• Coded key entry for security

PLEASE NOTE:

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We want you to enjoy your trip until last minute. Do not strip beds. If you use sofa sleeper please leave it opened.
You can start the dishwasher. Leave all towels in the tub or shower. No need to wash.
Make sure you take all your personal belongings. Make sure you take out trash. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ID required for all people over 18. Strict 6 people max. NO parties, smoking or events. No Pets. I will send you the agreement after receiving ID
STR agreement required to be signed by 1 person. ID, rental agreement and rules due within 48hrs of booking or could be subject to cancellation.

My family and I live approximately 45 minutes from Seascape Resort. I am a Real Estate and Loan Broker with vast experience in long term and short term rentals. I have owned and managed many properties including Vacation rentals. We purchased this unit because we fell in love with the location near the end of the building away from all the noise. We really likes that it has no stairs and 3 patios to the greenbelt space. Our unit also is next to the beach trail which takes us down to miles and miles of beaches. The unit is remodeled and has ADA attributes.

Why they chose this property

This property is spacious end unit with no stairs and offers 3 patios. Plus the beach path is right next to our unit. We have a family of deer that like to munch on the vegetation right out side our unit. It's is perfect for a weekend getaway, week long family trip or a romantic escape.
