With two bedrooms and bathrooms featuring both a shower, and a bathtub, everyone can unwind in style. The space includes thoughtful decorator touches, bathroom floor heating, to keep your feet cozy, bidet in master bath, and essentials such as a full kitchen with Viking range & Subzero refrigerator for convenience. We have one of the largest ocean view decks in the complex.
Whether you're relaxing after a day of exploring or preparing for a night out, this enchanting condo provides the perfect setting. Enjoy your time in Aptos at our perfect condo with gorgeous sunset views and large balcony, unlike most others.

We have installed USB plugs and LED lighting throughout the condo for ease in keeping your cell phones charged and bright spaces when needed. Blackout blinds and shutters help with getting a good night's sleep. Yes, we thought of everything.

Enjoy the cool ocean breeze from your private deck with a glass of wine and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the seashore from your bedroom.

By virtue of your booking you agree to abide by our House Rules. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PREMISES. IT IS ONLY ALLOWED ON THE STREET SIDEWALK. We strictly adhere to a NO Party policy and NO noise. There are cameras monitoring the condo for your safety at all times.THANK YOU .

PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate has been reduced as there is temporary construction going on (until April, 2026) with our hillside stabilization project. Its Mon-Fri 8-4 pm therefore weekends are quiet.

From the moment we stepped inside this stunning 2-bed/2-bath oceanfront condo, our jaws dropped and never came back up. This isn’t just a “remodeled” unit – it’s been transformed into a luxurious, magazine-worthy retreat with the finest finishes imaginable: gleaming quartz counters, spa-like bathrooms with rain showers and designer tiles, sleek hardwood floors, and high-end furnishings that make you feel like you’re staying in a boutique hotel rather than a rental.The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light thanks to the massive floor-to-ceiling sliders that frame the most jaw-dropping, unobstructed ocean views we’ve ever woken up to. Every evening we threw those sliders wide open and let the rhythmic sound of the waves become our personal soundtrack while we watched sunsets so spectacular they honestly defy description – fiery oranges melting into cotton-candy pinks, right from the comfort of the plush sectional.Both bedrooms are serene sanctuaries with ultra-comfy beds dressed in hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms harness a spa like feel with heated floors and a state of the art bidet. The condo is blissfully quiet – thick walls and quality construction mean you hear nothing but the ocean, even on busy weekends. Having a dedicated parking spot right by the condo is the cherry on top – no circling lots or lugging bags across the street.Every detail has been thoughtfully curated: fully stocked chefs kitchen, WiFi,and smart TVs in all rooms. The best.

We are from the San Joaquin Valley and enjoy coming to the Santa Cruz area for so many things. It's very close to Monterey and Carmel, along with sweet little town of Capitola for their boutique shopping and dining. Then there's the Santa Cruz board walk with the roller coaster and all the games and rides they offer.

Why they chose this property

In looking for a property, we chose this condo, as we previously owned and rented Unit L, but there was just one amenity missing...a large balcony for dining outside on the deck. When this property came on the market we jumped at it. We just love eating outdoors and watching the whales frolicking and sunsets. It doesn't get any better!!!!

What makes this property unique

The VIEWS are the best for any condo in the county. And we recently completely renovated it, even the furniture! It's so relaxing and comfortable.
