The views are spectacular, The beach access is phenomenal and near a host of smaller coffee shops and restaurants. We had a great time, and it was close to Santa Cruz and Capatola the food was amazing. Our trip to the Aquarium in Monteray was great too!

We loved staying at this property. It's the perfect size for 2 people and looks just like the listing photos. The balcony view is gorgeous and you can hear waves crashing from inside the room when leaving the slider open. We appreciated that there was a fan we could use for temperature control as we had warm afternoons. We also enjoyed the close proximity and walkability to Seascape village. Being able to walk to/on the beach everyday was lovely. Check in and check out were super easy and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It would've been nice to have more hangers available for our clothes, but everything was amazing otherwise.

Beautiful location

This is a very nice room on a beautiful property, walk to the beach, enjoy the pool and hot tub and a great restaurant there too. I would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed and good location

Stayed here for a few days over spring break, location was great, with good beach access as well as access to a pool and hot tub. Studio was well equipped and nicely furnished.

The unit is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Picturesque view. This is our second visit to this unit. We would recommend staying here.There were two problems, which the owner had no control over. The elevator did not function during our stay and the pool area was closed for repair. We chose not to drive to the other available pool.
