Seascape Beach Resort North Bluff Corner Unit 2/2 condo, 2 private balconies-watch when whales & dolphins are playing in the bay! Beautiful views of pool, north bluff lawn & the ocean beyond. Two story unit with one bedroom & bath on each level. 2nd level is large primary suite! Open floorplan allows for gathering in living room & dining area. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances & stackable washer and dryer. Tastefully decorated throughout with newly installed vinyl wood flooring.
The Space:
Just a few steps from parking-walk into this two-story condo. On the first floor find the main floor bedroom with large closet, dresser drawers and tv. Main floor full bathroom offers a step-in tub & shower & full-size vanity sink with ample space for personal items. Down the hall enter the living space to find an open floorplan to include a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances-full size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stovetop & microwave. In the kitchen you also have a stackable washer and dryer. A bar height counter with bar seating allows for company while you cook. The dining area has a round table with comfortable seating for up to 6. In the living room a comfy couch and two oversized recliners are perfect for enjoying games or a movie on the large tv above the fireplace. On the patio you have a bbq and patio table and chairs to sit and enjoy the pool & ocean view-a perfect place to watch the sunset over the Monterey Bay. Keep an eye out for the frolicking deer-they love to graze on the north bluff lawns outside this unit. Upstairs find the large primary bedroom with two closets, seating bench & chair & a bathroom with step in shower and huge countertop space to spread out your personal belongings & makeup vanity seating to enjoy getting ready for a night out. The second private patio is located off the primary bedroom with another great view of the pool and ocean-enjoy your coffee in the sea air or your favorite nightcap beverage sitting on the patio couch before you tuck in for the night. Be sure to reference the guest binder for additional information and suggestions for your stay-this is where you will find some of our favorite activities and guest suggestions to elevate your stay with us, experience Power West at Seascape Beach Resort! If you love an evening dip in the jacuzzi this is the best spot to be-wrap up and take the short walk across the parking garage below and enter the pool deck for a soak-keep an eye out for the deer on your way back-they especially love to wander the north bluffs in the quiet peaceful evenings!

PROPERTY ACCESS: The property is on lockbox and accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa are available, access with your code- we provide pool towels in your unit. Seascape lodge indoor fireplace with round seating located in the main lobby, outdoor firepit on the main pool deck, walking path & overlook seating, beach walking path & beach access-build an open fire on the sand-it's one of the few California beaches that this is allowed!
SERVICE ACCESS: Concierge services, front desk services, pool deck towel service, staff driven golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals & $75 smores packages are not available to private renters.

To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
Other Things to Note:
This is a second story unit with stairs to the front door and it is two stories inside with one flight of stairs from the 1st to the 2nd floor!
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper,3-in-1 shower wash, drip coffee pot & supplies to get your vacation started off right!
Gym access is available for a small fee (to be paid on site).
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
