Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood for the location. It truly is in the center of everything and everywhere you want to go in Jacksonville. There is just about any store. You need within a 1 to 3 minute drive from the house. You’re close to Major highways, the beach, St. John’s Town Center, Mayo, and much more. it’s also only 15 minutes to downtown Jacksonville. You can get anywhere in roughly 15 minutes.

The floor plan is second to none. Spacious, private, comfy.
