The property was located in the middle of Petoskey. Walk ability to restaurants, shops, and water could not have been better.

Family vacation

Such easy access to downtown. Walking distance to everything. Lots of room, comfortable & very homey. Great having a washer & dryer. We would definitely stay again. The kids were able to just come & go with door lock. Would have loved an umbrella on the rooftop patio set. Great location.

Good location but street parking was inconvenient. Kitchen was not well equiped, not even a salad or mixing bowl. Beds were well past usable life span. Host was very responsive and brought us a foam topper which was most appreciated but the box springs were shot too. Window shades didn't work either. Could be a great stay if some updates were made.

Cute space and great location

Eric’s property worked out great for our girls weekend with my family. Perfect amount of space, we appreciated having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Great location downtown made it easy to get to all the spots we wanted to visit.

Despite a few minor flaws, mostly related to appliances that were waiting for repair, the location of this spacious apartment cannot be beat. Anyone wanting to explore Petoskey’s will find this spacious apartment as an ideal home base. Glimpses of downtown and even the bay are visible through the living room windows. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to explore Petoskey and the surrounding areas.

Great place!

We loved this place! The location was excellent-we could easily walk everywhere. The place was much larger than I expected and had plenty of room for our group. We would love to come back!

Perfect location!

My husband and I picked a beautiful weekend and a wonderful location to stay in Petosky. Everything was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment included all the conveniences you could need and more.

Lovely Place

Stayed for a weekend with five adults. The place was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s right in the heart of downtown Petoskey, where we were able to walk to everything. Communication with the host was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Great condo, great location in town

Great location downtown, walk to restaurants, shops, waterfront. Direct access to bike trails. Clean, comfortable, every convenience thought of. The owners were most helpful. Watched the 4th of July parade from our front window!

Stellar location and communication!

The location was walkable to EVERYTHING. Shopping, dining, nature hikes and even BayView, the waterfront and parks. It was quiet and the back spiral stairs down off the outside deck led right to the Back Lot food trucks! Eric, the host, responded immediately to any question. Easy in and out. Loved it!

Getaway Weekend

Loved the location. Petoskey has a fantastic downtown! The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Easy check-in. A few drawbacks, those bunk beds are not comfy for adults! I choose the couch instead. Overall the apartment was clean, but the carpet is definitely in need of replacement or a good cleaning.
