Now Available 2023-2024 Winter Season - A few weeks in January remain(ask me about special pricing), as well as all of March and April. ASK ME ABOUT SPECIALS FOR OCT, NOV and DEC 2023!

This three bedroom plus den home has just been renovated and is located in a beautiful, gated community west of Route 41 in Bonita Springs and is only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike to the beautiful Gulf beaches of Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. Local supermarkets, shopping and world class restaurants are only minutes away. The living area features white couches and glass tables, which lends to the open indoor/outdoor feel of the space, which opens to the lanai and pool. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the two guest rooms each have their own queen size bed. We provide sheets, blankets, pillows and towels as well as all of the kitchen necessities, such as coffee maker, utensils, plates, glasses and cookware. The pool is heated. Long term guests (2 weeks or more) will be responsible for pool heating and other utility costs. This home has multiple entrances to the large screened in lanai/pool area and is not suitable for young children. Anyone with children on the property will be required to sign a Hold Harmless agreement with regard to the pool. Two bikes are provided for your use. We recently added a gorgeous outdoor kitchen with state of the art grill, refrigerator, sink and granite counters and newly resurfaced pool and brand new picture window pool cage.

The interior has just been updated with new floors, paint and trim, refinished kitchen cabinets with new stone countertops and glass backsplash, brand new spa like master bath and guest bath, new laundry room cabinets and workspace and new pool cage.

Florida Vacation

We were very happy to be able to make arrangements last minute as our other rental was canceled on us last minute. We had booked the other house over a year ago. We were contacted by the owner, April, that she had accepted our request and would get back with all the information we would need. The house was great with plenty of room with the wide open concept, the neighborhood was very clean and all the house were well maintained. All the people we met were very nice. April was easy to contact and did get back very quickly after a couple of questions I had. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up again, fantastic time

Beautiful lakefront home

Vanderbilt lakes is a wonderful gated community. The people are very friendly and also dog friendly. The community is close to everything you would want just outside the gates. A good variety of restaurants, bars and shopping are all right there. April was very responsive when we had any issues/requests. She has professionals on call who will deal with any issues promptly. I would stay at this property again for the winter, but we bought a house in Naples while renting April’s home. Mark and Lisa

My husband and I are lifelong residents of New Jersey. We spend our vacation time in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida.

This house is in a quiet, gated community, adjacent to the best beaches on the Gulf Coast as well as miles of bike paths, golf courses and fresh air.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This three bedroom home features a master suite with large bathroom and walk in closet, along with two guest rooms on the other side of the house that share their own private full bath. We recently invested in a new outdoor kitchen, with grill, refrigerator, hood and sink. The area is quite bike able for miles in either direction.
