About this property

Beach close home

Our home is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood on a 10,000 square foot lot. We have an outdoor living room with a bar, television and ping pong table. Built in bbq on the side of the house. Close by walking/biking trails to the beach which is 2.5 miles away. Small attached apartment on the side of the house with a separate entrance. A longtime friend of ours lives up there and is very quiet . The backyard, side yard and all comon areas are private and for your use only.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lovely home with a nice outdoor space. Host was very good with communication and very pleasant. Power went out in the neighborhood, host was willing to put me in a hotel at their cost to accommodate, however, power eventually came back on and all was well. Highly recommended this place.

Such a wonderful property! The outdoor living space is so tranquil and relaxing, there is plenty of space to spread out and comfortable furniture. Well stocked kitchen and very kind and responsive owners. The neighbors are friendly and you are close to so much! Cannot wait to visit again.

Top Notch

Wife and I spent a month at this great home. Where to start? Lovely fully stocked kitchen, separate dining area, outside gas Barbecue area, beautifully air conditioned, two huge televisions With unbelievable sound systems, great shower, huge garage for large SUV, owners very responsive, and lastly, you won’t believe the beauty Of the outside back area. Contains beautiful terraced garden ,half of witch has an overhang that has an abundance of outdoor furniture, Plus a giant t.v. And ping pong table. And as an aside it’s Laguna Niguel with its proximity to beaches and great shopping. Place is great!
