Vacation Property, with outdoor living space having beautiful views, The space includes views from two bedrooms with sliding door transition to the outdoor living. Outdoor space is very well shaded from the sun and includes gas heat lamp for cooler evenings. The open concept indoor living includes a brand new 65" LG 4K TV and a reclining sofa. Kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware needed.
Sizable bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom are available to enjoy.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave Pool FOB on counter with keys Leave two garage door openers with keys. Clear out garage with personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Pool Access FOB and Keys must be returned to kitchen drawer when departing. Replacement items are $150 each
Any car parked overnight in guest spots are subject to ticket fines unless registered through the HOA. Overnight parking is avail. on E Nine Dr.

The house is gorgeous, just as pictured. Very clean and well appointed with everything a traveler needs to make them feel like home. Lots of privacy and the communication with the owner was always timely and friendly. This area is beautiful and close to the beach and any other type of entertainment you would want. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Incredibly professional property manager

The family enjoyed our stay at this really nice Laguna Niguel 3 bedroom condo. The place is located near a lot of top rated resorts. Beaches and harbors we visited that were really close by were Laguna beach, San Clemente beach, Dana Point Harbor, Salk Creek beach. Montage at Laguna Beach is a must see. Our son played at a few really nice golf courses nearby including Monarch beach golf links, Arroyo Trabuco golf course. The condo is very close to the Shops at Mission Viejo, many nice restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and more. Guest parking was very easy when we had friends visiting. Good high speed reliable internet connection. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the property manager . The bedrooms were good size and the patio was a beautiful place with views. The beds and beddings were top quality including sheets and comforters. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Peaceful Retreat

This is the best property we’ve stayed at for a very long time. The property is described accurately and was a very pleasant feeling from opening an efficient door lock on the front and very clean polished tile floors. The beds were excellent and all bedding/ towels were in new condition. The tile deck was larger than anticipated and furniture was very comfortable! The 3 streaming TVs were great too I love to BBQ and having dinner outside on their deck was very peaceful for us The landlord, Dom was great - always helping me learn more about the TVs and misc stuff and checking in to see if we were doing good! Thanks Dom for sharing your getaway home with us! Ron
