5 minute walk or 1 minute drive to Nokomis Beach!

3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 king beds and 3rd room with a queen and bunk bed with twin over full plus a twin trundle. Very comfortable beds! Open floor plan great for family gatherings/entertaining.

5 minute walk to sand, seashells, and shark tooth hunting on Nokomis Beach. Wagon, beach chairs, towels, and cooler provided, just bring your sunscreen!

Enjoy bags, washers and other games right at the house. Fire pit to enjoy in the evenings and a Weber grill for those nights you don’t want to head out to a restaurant. YouTube TV with NFL package so you can watch your team on Sunday no matter where you are visiting from.

3-4 min walk to POP’s, the 4,000 sqft multi-level tiki/sports bar with nightly live music!

Publix, Wawa, beach shops, several restaurants and ice cream all within a couple of minutes from house.

Great home, loaded with everything you need to prepare meals for the family. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, everything we needed for the beach was there, cart, cooler, boogie boards, umbrella’s, chairs, sandcastle buckets etc. would highly recommend.

This was our 2nd time at the Bayshore Beach house and it was perfect! The location is amazing/ we love being able to walk to the beach and walk to Pops for nightly cocktails on the water.The house is always clean and well stocked and the owner is very communicative. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Nokomis.

Beautiful three bedroom house a short walk or drive from Nokomis beach. Property was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Check in and check out was easy. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here.

I highly recommend this home for a vacation rental. Clean, well decorated, peaceful and a terrific location. The property manager is super responsive and trustworthy. We would definitely vrbo this particular home again in our future.

Stephens Sibling reunion

This is a wonderful property for a family reunion. We enjoyed the kitchen and grill one night for dinner. The home was close to my brother who lives in area,. Great walk to beach, lots to do! One day we rented a pontoon boat! We would definitely stay again!!

Great House Great Host

Our stay exceeded expectations. Three outstanding aspects are proximity to beach and great bar/restaurant and Rodney’s responsiveness! He answered every query solved a couple requests extremely quickly! The house is spacious and beautiful!

Warm, sunny

The host was terrific, very easy to work with. He responded immediately to any questions I had with helpful information. The property is very much as shown in the listing. It's about a 3 minute drive to the beach, walkable too if not lugging lots of beach equipment. The area is quiet and residential but near a couple of local restaurants. Definitely enjoyed our stay in the house and our vacation.

Just WOW!

From initial questions before booking to quick responses to the few questions we had during our stay, Rodney was responsive and helpful. On top of that, the rental was amazing. Clean, spacious, well-decorated, as we as being equipped with all the extras to make beach days extra fun, this place has it all. We used the gas grill one day to grilled chicken, but enjoyed dinners at Pop’s sunset grill (best shrimp appetizer ever and a 4 minute walk away), Casey key fish house, and Sharkeys. This rental even had a shark tooth sifter to use and we found tons of teeth on Casperson beach. We usually try to explore different areas of the country, but this place makes me want to come right back! Thanks for a great experience, Rodney!
