We booked this mainly for the good cancellation policy as we had a medically complex daughter. Also the fact that it had a Heated Pool and hot tub included in the price. Other properties had a regular pool that had an additional charge to heat it and separate hot tub. It comes with many pool toys, my son loved the inflatable basketball hoop! The hot tub takes about 30-45 minutes to get hot, but 15-30 to be warm. Just turn it on right when you get back. Another bonus is that is all one level, which is great for people with disabilities. It is nice that it has a games room and laundry so we packed lighter than usual. There is also board games behind the bunkbeds if its raining. There is also a small cooler in the garage that was useful to pack cold drinks in, an ice pack in the freezer). We packed 5 tidepods, dryer sheets, 4 dishwasher packs, 1 toilet paper roll, and 1 paper towel, which were super useful so we didn't have to buy more than we needed at Walmart. The house is close to restaurants, fast food, Walmart, and the theme parks! We would totally stay there again!

Host did great in communicating with any questions/instructions. House was clean and plenty of places foe people to sleep. Pool and hot tub were great to use after a long day of walking.

The house was very clean, well stocked, and very nicely set up. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and it was great to have towels for that as well. We didn't have time to use the game room, but it is looked like a lot of fun. Furniture was comfortable and it was great for our family to be able to spread out and come together. The binder with all the information was comprehensive and organized.

Property was exactly as described. Neighborhood was quiet, less than a 5 min drive to stores & resturants (including Super Walmart & the Dollar Store). Pool was a little dirty upon arrival but once we turned on pump & did a little netting, it was back to normal. Game room was not used but glad to have the option available (Playstation, Xbox, pool table, etc.). Host was available to answer questions as they arrived & home was prepped, clean and ready for our arrival. Only complaint - the garden tub was not able to be used because the blinds on the door did not fully cover the glass, so this allows the outside pool area to see in (possibly hanging a sheet or something similar may change this). Overall stay was fantastic & would rent the same property again :-)

Relaxing and enjoyable

We have stayed at this property twice already, we love that it’s close enough to the parks yet far away enough that it feels like a proper brake from the crowds and touristy parts There is lots of food options around and grocery stores so you can set up very easy to have a very relaxing time We didn’t use the pool but it looks clean and well maintained The house feels clean and well looked after ant is very well equipped

Our vacation was amazing when we just enter the house we fill welcome everything was clean its was plenty of blanket plenty of game every thing what you need the kids was so happy with the game room and all the game that it’s was there the communication with the owner was amazing even if somthing not work the manager came and fix they was so nice that even they gave us advice where to go to explore the area every thing was amaizing!!!!I definitely recommend and will come again

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The support people nearby were responsive. The pool and pool area were clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious and clean. The garage game room was impressive (we didn't use it b/c of little kids). The pool was warm (we lucked out with warm weather too). The location was an easy 15-20 min drive to Disney and 5 mins to many grocery stores, restaurants, and Walmart. Quiet neighborhood. Overall worked well for our family.

Enjoyed our stay

We came down to visit relatives in Kissimmee. We did a few things around the area. The house has a nice layout and in a pleasant area not far from HWY192. Our grandkids totally enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect Home for a Group

Plenty of space for groups, nice pool and hot tub on a screened in patio. Kitchen has everything you need. Conveniently located to grocery stores and a 30 min drive to Disney!

Great vacation at a great property

Great stay

Property was as described. Stayed during our Disney trip and location was nice. Took 20-25 minutes to get to the parks depending on which one we were going to. Nice having the private pool and hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. Enjoyed the stay.
