About this property

Come live at the beach in Venice in a recently renovated townhouse with garden!

My bright, two story townhouse is in the first block from the beach, near Windward Circle. It has been completely renovated from top to bottom, with a modern kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, 2 car parking and air conditioning. There is a queen bed in the master and queen in the second bedroom. Tons of light from all directions as well as large landscaped deck to enjoy all that Venice has to offer. Private entrance, garden and BBQ add to the spacious exterior.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The Perfect Stay

Everything about our month at this Venice property was perfect. Location is amazing! Walk to coffee shops, Abbot Kinney, Venice canals, shopping and more than enough restaurants to make everyone in your group happy. On-site covered parking is such a plus. Lauren was a wonderful host and we had zero concerns during our stay. Highly recommend!
