We loved staying here for our family of 5, it was such a perfect location. The house is newly renovated and is very clean. There was ample space for us and the house was fully stocked with supplies we needed. The house is very private with an adorable back and front yard and gated entrance.

My family and I stayed over Easter weekend and had a blast. The super charming and updated Venice home had plenty of room for us and a great outdoor space for our pup. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Would stay again!

Architect and artist owner for over a decade and lovingly renovated recently. We bought this house when our daughter was 2 to spend weekends at the beach with her.

Why they chose this property

We love the walkability of Venice- no car needed! Our daughter loves the Venice canals playground, where there's a duck sanctuary! Feeding the ducks goes a long way with a young child. Bring some bread or crackers! When you're ready for some great food and shopping from top restaurants and boutiques, Abbott Kinney is just down Andalusia Ave. Just walk left out of the house and take your first right and walk a few short blocks until in dead-ends in the center of everything!

What makes this property unique

This is a mid-century original bungalow, with hardwood floors and decorative crown moldings. The kitchen and bathrooms are all brand new with modern appliances and fixtures. The primary bathroom has a rain shower and Japanese bidet toilet. the secondary bathroom has a deep soak tub. It's got a lush front hedge and garden creating a private sanctuary to hang out. And the vintage Malm fireplace is there for your use!
