Casa Vista Verde II sleeps comfortably up to 14 guests and has a game room with a jacuzzi, foosball, ping pong and pool tables with a real nice fenced huge yard! Snoopy is welcome! Please read all information prior to booking, so you can determine if our rental meets all your lodging needs!

We just added an outdoor fun pool. Our new fun outdoor pool has a children's steps safety blocking ramp but it's the guest's ultimate responsibility to watch their children's whereabouts 100% of the time, 24/7.

Just 3 miles away, we have the new City Sports Complex that caters basketball and tennis courts, a myriad of different children's playgrounds plus a very nice amusement park style heated communal pool and is totally awesome!

I suggest also, doing a search for Rock Springs/Kelly estate park where the Wekiva river flows from an artesian well (you may rent inner tubes from stores to enjoy an amazing lazy river.) Last time I checked it was like $8.00 per carload of people. It's located in the city of Apopka near to "King's Landing" which is another cool place, for real canoeing downstream. Not too far away, there is a quaint city called Mt. Dora...
Closer by, we have the Wekiva State Park as well.

Many times, at the last minute, relatives and friends want to join your vacation adventure. To keep prices at a great value, after the first 4 guests, any extra guest/s must pay an additional fee of $15.00 each per reservation night. All payments must be made thru the booking site prior to the check-in. Please note that extra guest/s payments are made based on the total nights of you booking/reservation, even if the person is staying one or two nights only.

We are pet friendly with a huge, fenced yard! We have a onetime $100.00 pet fee for each furry guest. Please let us know how many pets are tagging along to update your quote. Please remember to always pick up after your pet's waste!

Take your coffee outside under our sunshade, also with a park style charcoal grill and plenty of seating chairs.

We have a nice professional pool table There is also a nice game room with a regulation size ping pong table and of course, a fuss-ball table, a domino and games table as well for your enjoyment!

In Casa Vista Verde you will experience fun & entertainment “come rain or come shine” (we guarantee 100% no snow)! In our huge, fenced yard (Fido is welcome) we have a fire pit, Badminton net, and a huge park style charcoal BBQ grill!

Our kitchen is equipped so all you could need for cooking is available, just like home. Central air-conditioning, High-Speed Internet, garage game room, washer and dryer!

Altamonte Springs is only 15 min from Orlando, comprised of clean communities, scenic attractions, and bustling activity.

Altamonte has a myriad of nice eateries & activities like the Congo River Mini Golf, and the famous Wekiva Walk & Bike Trail. Is near the Altamonte Mall, visit Uptown Altamonte Springs Cranes Roost Park & Lake (bring some bread & have your kids feed the turtles and ducks along the dock.!

Note: One favorite spot is Wekiva Island with Canoe and Kayak rental service with bar and restaurant, located at 1014 Miami Springs Dr, Longwood, FL 32779 (see photo attached and do a search)

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby state parks and lakes, where they can enjoy hours of hiking, biking, and fishing. In the nearby city of Apopka, do not miss Kelly Park (Rock Springs) famous lazy river that flows from an artesian well) and if you like canoeing, the place is King’s Landing.

Additionally, you will be just minutes from Interstate 4, giving you easy access to Florida's famous attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot, International Drive and the Orlando Eye with a short 25-minute drive.
