Beautiful home. Plenty of room. Rented it for my son’s wedding. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the game room. Beds were very comfortable. All the kitchen appliances and accessories if you want to cook. Three bathrooms were a blessing when everyone was getting ready for the wedding.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Your walk up to the home offers you an immediate taste of your stay. Dirty, bug filled, nonfunctional disappointment. Our experience started by the host upselling the heated pool feature, that is clearly advertised in the listing, for an additional 50 per day. Then when we arrive, the pool is nasty, cloudy, filled with bugs, and doesnt even have enough water in it to function. There was old WhiteClaw cans around the backyard and an abundance of Rat droppings and Ant mounds for your enjoyment. Then the game room was even more of a disappointment with nothing working, legs of the shuffle board broken and it falling over, the arcade didnt work, and the ping pong balls were all cracked open. At least the AC worked?!?! Couches had dead roches on them and all under them too. Then the electric door lock failed on our 2nd night. After 30 minutes of calling the host, texting the host, rining the ring camera, and VRBO we started looking for a hotel because we couldn't get inside. The host finally responded saying there was a key outside but never said where. Then magically, the pad turned on and he acted like it was our error. Yet we had used the lock several times already with no issue. Its clear nobody who cares has been there in a long time! The house cleaning was very poorly done. I mean everything is sticky or greasy. We had to clean the fridge just to use it. The beds are plywood wrapped in sandpaper and oh the bed lights don't work either. Just run!

Great Rental

Everything was great with this rental. Communication with the host was easy and they were very accommodating for our group. The house was clean and exactly like the pictures. Great backyard pool area and the kids (and adults) love the game room. The host was very responsive leading up to and during entire stay.

Perfect for Baseball!

We recently stayed at the Tropical Oasis and it was perfect for a group traveling for baseball! The boys loved the bunk room, game room and pool area! We had everything we needed and Daniel was very responsive to any questions and issues we had! Check in and out was very simple and location of the house was perfect! Thank You!

Family funeral

As a family, with a sudden passing, we were very grateful to find this property in the perfect location. Big enough to accommodate everyone, yet clean comfortable and very welcoming. We have no hesitation in recommending it to future guests.

Wonderful outside area!

We had a group of 8 teenage boys in town for a sports event. There was plenty of space, bathrooms and sleeping areas. They loved their downtime in the game room. The neighborhood felt very safe, and is super quiet. The host was available and responded quickly to questions, easy check-in/ check out.

Lots of Room in Quiet Neighborhood

Very quiet, safe, low traffic neighborhood. Lots of room, large house. Had 1 issue with heat thermostat but host resolved the problem. Our second stay, more than 3 weeks in total. Bonus for dog owners is ability to walk in nearby former Rolling Hills Golf Club.

Cindy

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was very nice. It’s was clean, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen, nice appliances, linens were nice, plenty of towels and a nice quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed the game room and pool. We had 9 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. Daniel, the property manager, was very quick to answer me when I had a question about the property. We would love to stay here again.

Check-in was a breeze. Upon entering, everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything you need to cook along with spices and miscellaneous dry goods. We primarily used the outside for cooking, however. There was plenty of room for everybody. The game room was really cool, but a little smelly. it’s a converted garage. There was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. In my experience, most places have that. The fenced in yard is not secure. The gate doesn’t shut tight and there is a breach in the corner, on the side of the house where my dog could have gotten out. My dog’s not very adventurous so it was fine for us. One other thing that was a little inconvenient, there were no sockets or lamps by the bed in the master. The light only turned on with the pull on the fan. But the bedrooms were spacious and otherwise nicely appointed. The shower curtain in the master bedroom needs to be changed. It was smelly. Aside from the minor details I mentioned, our stay was wonderful, and despite my comments, I would absolutely go back.

Family celebration

We were in town for a family celebration and wanted more space than a hotel offered. This house offered loads of space and was located within 5 minutes of our family party. Communication was easy. Only suggestion would have been to provide coffee, otherwise it was great!
