This is a lovely home. We would definitely book again. The owner was great with communication. The home is well stocked. It feels homey. He left us firewood and marshmallows to roast. The rooms were very comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Greater Orlando Stay

We stayed for three days here to visit family in the area. The game room/garage was great for the kids. The beds were great and the place provides us with what we needed to make this a pleasurable stay. The communication was great and we enjoyed our stay.

What a nice place to stay. At no time were we in need of something to do because of the variety of games available. The host was extremely accommodating (change of dates and a late checkout). This was an all around great experience!

The extras are a plus

Quiet neighborhood. Loved having a pool table and the basketball game. Had a few minor issues that the owner took care of promptly. The house is convenient to all the nearby attractions. Overall it was a great trip and would definitely rent again if we are ever in the area again.

Favorite Longwood Rental

Very nice, relaxing stay in this property. Host is the best!! Great house with everything you need to have a calm, yet fun, vacation. Location is close to stores, restaurants (Starbucks! LOL!). We really appreciate the host's kindness and honesty in communicating. Thank you! Definitely will rent here again if possible!

The property when I arrive was a strong cat odor in the house, and there were several roaches in the property that I saw in the dishwasher that crawled out from my refrigerator and on the walls the owner of the property is super nice super communication, but I wouldn’t cook in the kitchen or use the kitchen

Short stay

A group of us had to come into town from various states for a funeral unfortunately. Neighborhood was quiet, older no issues. It was a very difficult time and the house provided space for us to meet in between events, rest and gather. House was clean, beds were comfortable and there was coffee for the Keurig when we arrived which we all needed. Sometimes it’s the little things. We had all traveled far for 2 nights and the house was perfect for our needs! Thank you!

This property is advertised as an “oasis” and kid friendly with a gaming garage room and a large fenced in back yard. So, I brought my daughter and my two toddler grandsons with me for 8 days. The home is poorly cared for from the outside in. The yard is mostly sand and what I assumed to be gopher holes. The door lock worked well and the check in process was easy. Communication with the host was very prompt and comfortable. The home was cooled and somewhat quiet at night. Once inside, however, the lack of cleanliness of the tile floors caused the kids’ feet to turn black within the 1st hour. All the tables are glass (not secured to the table base so the glass will fall off if pushed). This home is filthy and in poor condition aesthetically. The host was shown several pictures of the dirty floors and mildew in the bathrooms as well as broken dart tips lying on the garage floor and beer bottle tops and empty soda cans in the window sill. The guest bath is just nasty. Multiple issues were advised to the host, too many to list here. I was asked to be available for a washing machine delivery in the middle of the week, which we accommodated. I found the request to be inconsiderate. The host reimbursed my credit card for the cleaning fee and an extra 30 for waiting for the washer to be delivered. I was extremely disappointed in this home after the hype of the advertisement. It is definitely not a relaxing oasis.
