We are excited to be back from hiatus...
Tidewater Beach Resort is a premiere condo directly on the beach near Pier Park, fun activities, restaurants, and shopping. Come home and enjoy your backyard - one of the best ranked beaches in Florida, sunshine, white sand between your toes, breathtaking waves, amazing views of the Gulf (schooling fish, stingrays), and sunsets from your 23rd floor balcony. Added bonus an awesome city view from your front door.

Inviting and spacious with all the comforts and amenities of home. Well maintained 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed), 1 bunkroom (twin bunkbeds), 3 in-suite private bathrooms; queen sofa sleeper in living space. Property has something for everyone, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, workout facility, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, movie theater, game room, Tiki bar, mini-mart, restaurant, security and free parking garage. On-site beach rentals of lounge chair set-up with umbrella, jet skis, banana boat and parasailing.
There is a onetime per party resort fee (includes resort access wristbands and parking passes - 2 car allowance). No pets allowed. Minimum age to rent 25.

Note: For your convivence, there are 2 beach chairs and a small cooler on site that you are welcome to use.

Excellent condo. Was surprised to have 3 full baths when I thought it was 2 1/2 bath. Views are unbelievable from this unit. One of the best condos I’ve stayed at where the beds are very comfortable after being on the beach all day. DJ at the pool was great. We had a great time and will definitely book this unit again.

Amazing condo!

The condo was perfect! The location is so close to pier park! Much closer than I was original planning. It had the most perfect view of the ocean and was so clean! Highly recommend!

The unit was good and had everything.The balcony and view were fantastic!The location in PCB was great.Wendy from the property management was very helpful and we would happily rebook with them.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay except for the elevators.Sadly, we will not be staying at Tidewater Resort again because nobody wants to spend a fourth of their vacation waiting on the elevator.

Family Vacation

Tidewater was a great place to stay as far as location but they either need different, updated elevators or all new ones! Wait time for elevators was sooo long!!

The stay was good

The elevators were the worst ( the wait). We waited 25 min to go up and down. Our dishwasher did not work at all. And the mattresses in all rooms need to be replaced. The fold out couch mattress had horrible stains on it and had no sheets to cover the mattress. But we made it work to enjoy our vacation. I love the Tidewater resort but not that condo.

We spoke on several occasions prior to your stay to arrange a much earlier check-in which we gladly granted. After your check-in, we would have greatly appreciated a call allowing us the opportunity to make things right during your stay as our housekeeping supervisor is available to respond timely to guests concerns with the goal of reaching amicable outcomes. As a note, the dishwasher is a new purchase installed two months prior to your stay with no reports of being inoperable before or after your stay. Not sure what happened in this instance. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention; we will meet with our housekeeping supervisor to ensure pre-stay inspections are enhanced. Thank you for your review and business!

Last minute 4th of July weekend

The condo itself I was perfect for our family of eight. We never did find the sheets for the sofa bed, but we made do with blankets, etc. The condo itself is well equipped otherwise and it was very clean and organized and had everything else that we needed. The view from the 23rd floor balcony of the condo was perfect for viewing the Fourth of July fireworks display at the end of the pier which was just down the beach. It was kind of cool to be up higher than the actual fireworks since we were on the 23rd, floor! Otherwise though being on the 23rd floor caused a bit of trouble in that the elevators are so backed up with the number of people that were in town at the resort, especially on a full packed Fourth of July weekend. So, condo itself was PERFECT! But, be prepared to walk a lot because of the sheer size of the complex. And be prepared to wait on elevators especially during peak hours.

Week of fun!

We had a blast! The condo was well maintained and we had lots of room. The elevators were limited and it sometimes took a bit of time to reach the 23rd floor. The view was fantastic! We saw sharks, stingrays, sea turtles, dolphin, fish, and a man net fishing. Unlike many condos, the air conditioning kept us cool the entire week. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Condo we stayed in was perfect. Had everything we needed from a stove to a washer and dryer. The only thing that needs work is the elevator system. Not enough elevators for the amount of people at the resort. If you are trying to get one during peak times it is pretty difficult to get one. Access to the beach was perfect. All in all was a great experience and would book again.

Property is Better than Pictures

I really enjoyed this unit, it was spacious with plenty of storage. It’s prettier than the pictures. The balcony view is Priceless! You are directly on the ocean! Only negative (not owner’s fault) is there are long wait times for elevators during peak months.

Good experience

Our condo was nice and clean. The property was well maintained and nice. When I booked the condo they didn't tell us about the reservation fee. We didn't learn of that until 5 days before we were supposed to be checking in. I didn't appreciate that considering we already paid a lot of money to stay there. Also we didn't find out about the parking situation due to having 3 cars and one of us had to pay extra for that as well. All in all it's a nice place to stay and we would definitely book again.

Stay and elevators

Overall property was a great experience. Owners of condo had a very nice decorated room. Elevators seem to be the biggest issue with all guest staying at tidewater. This really needs to be addressed. Just some advice make elevators do certain floors but must include Ground and 2. For example elevator 1 does G,2, 21-30. I know other places do that

However I did not enjoy the check in process nor the 1hr wait at the elevators to bring our things to the room during check in. Elevators were extremely slow!

After exploring many properties and options in PCB, we purchased a unit in Tidewater Beach Resort. We love our condo, amazing views from the 23rd floor and Florida beach life. Why not share it?
