QUIET TIME 9:30pm

12 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.

There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!

The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. The roof is metal. There is no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof you will hear it. If it’s raining you will hear it. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

We provide a Start of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. instacart will deliver to this property should you need them.

Condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are not provided

Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

Great cabin for large or mutiple families! The layout of the floors were great! Lots of room for everyone! My only negative was some minor cleaning issues, heavy dust on ceiling fans we found out when we turned them on,lol. The shower curtain liners really needed to be replaced and some stuff was tracked in on the floors when we got there,etc. Again, nothing major, clean bathrooms and everything was good and functional. Lots of great amenities! Pool table, arcade. It was incredibly hot so we didnt get to use the awesome playgroud outside as much as we would have liked. Out of habit from previous bad bnbs in other states, i brought paper products and some of my own kitchen ware, but they had plenty of nice dishes and everything we could have used! The pack n play was also a lifesaver because we forgot ours. Had a question the first night we were there and Luke was great to respond in a timely manner. Very hospitable with all of the information and texts as well. Would likely stay again if we get to go back. Its such a quiet, beautiful neighborhood and so conveniently located!

Excellent Stay at an amazing property!

The stay was nothing short of amazing! The property was just as beautiful as described, featured a ton of amenities with amazing views and quick easy access to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. This is by far one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed at and I will not hesitate to book again for my next trip to the Pigeon Forge area! Highly recommended and a fantastic property!

Winter Getaway 24/25

We loved the location of the property. The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor entertainment. The physical layout was marvelous, but the sounds reverberated throughout both up and downstairs. Would suggest a deep clean of the dust on the walls and ceilings. The rugs are a tripping hazard as they have rolled corners and wrinkles in the middle. Enjoyed the open kitchen for preparing big meals. Overall, it was a great stay!

Awesome Family Vacation

Our cabin had it all. The location was great close to everything. The bedrooms was awesome. The beds were so comfortable. We had plenty of room for everyone. We definitely will stay here again. We loved it.

Great place with just a few faults

Very clean! Lots of room! Hot tub, pool table and arcade was great! The only things i will say is the main living room tv wouldnt change channels. The tv in of the bottom rooms wouldnt work at all. And the worst thing... the cabin would creak very very very loud all the time... and throughout the night! It woke me up everytime! Other than that everything was pretty. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. So for anyone wandering. Bottom floor has 2 rooms, a living room (which has a pullout couch) and 1 bath, main floor has 1 room and 1 bath and the kitchen/dining/living rooms and the top floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a loft area with queen bunk beds! So this place has plenty of beds!

Guy Trip

Stayed at this property for a weekend motorcycle trip with 5 buddies ranging from 20 to 70 years old. We had a fantastic trip and the cabin was just as described in the listing. Kitchen was perfect for cooking dinner together, beds were comfortable, plenty to stay occupied with pool table, hot tub, etc. Cabin is also very close to the parkway, gas station, and everything we like to do to stay away from the towns😊. Parking at the cabin is also very good as well as access from Wears Valley Road… no sketchy roads on the way to the cabin! 5-Stars for this smoky mountain get away. Looking forward to the next trip!

A room for everyone

The home was perfect for our family of 12 with 3 kings and 3 queens. Rooms for everyone and the host supplied us a pack-n-play for little one, making it less for us to bring. Once we found correct tv remote (living room and bedroom, same one) we were able to open apps and log into our streaming services and watch TV on main level. The home was simply and nicely decorated, not overdone. Only wish there were some basic spices and a few more utensils. Glad they had a Keurig! We had the hot tub but we were there during excessive heat wave so only used once. A few maintenance issues but host informed. Overall, our host responded when we texted him and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome cabin, you won’t be disappointed!

The cabin was super clean and the accommodations were PERFECT for our group, we had a great time. Location is right next to the Foothills Parkway and about an hour away from the Tail of the Dragon. Host answered all our questions in a timely manner, we've already talked about rebooking for next year's trip!

Perfect family get away!

Loved the location, the home and pretty much everything about our experience. It worked perfectly for our familie's needs. The only very minor thing was the tv's. More detailed information on how to operate them would be helpful. Never was able to get two of them to operate. Don't hesitate to rent this property. You won't be disappointed.

Great location, close to everything.

When you walk in a home and it smells clean, it gives you a good feeling, We had 8 adults and 2 kids age 5. The house had so much space. Living room was cozy. We were able to all sit on the couch, it was huge. Plenty of seating no matter what part of the home we was in. We spent a lot of time in the bottom level playing pool and just hanging out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was very quick to respond and very kind. One of the littles got sick the morning we was leaving. We started the bedding and before it was done he got sick again on a second set of bedding. They told us to go on and the cleaning people would take care of everything. We really have no complaints. The beds were all different according to our group, some soft some firmer but a bed for whatever you prefer. Also the best webpage I’ve ever seen as far as a rental. Everything you need to know and move. Definitely would recommend!

House was large and Clean

The house had plenty of space for our family to spread out and had plenty of dishes and towels. The space was very clean as well and it was easy to check in and out. Very close to the Smokies and easy access into Pigeon Forge. However, the listing of actual beds was incorrect. When I contacted the owner, they claimed it was not and there has been no correspondance since. Otherwise, I would recommend this house.

Family Vacation

The house was set up great for our family. Kitchen was well equipped and we ended up eating in more than we planned. The only issues were the WiFi and Roku tv. Grandkids had to keep rebooting iPads, 4 and 7 years old don’t have much patience. We missed not having a firepit for smores.

Wonderful house!

We had tons of space and the house was incredibly clean. I really appreciated the small details like laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, trash bags, and sandwich bags. Plenty of good quality dishes and silverware. Kids and husbands both enjoyed the pool table and arcade games. Lovely quiet neighborhood, we loved taking walks in the evening. We had a wonderful stay!

Spacious and well outfitted

If you are looking for a quiet place with room inside and out for your family or extended family, this is the place. We enjoyed the yard and swing set for the kiddo and the quiet neighborhood to stroll around in as well as the direct route to the attractions.

4 generation vacation

There's something for everyone here! Our family really enjoyed the game room and porch. The house is comfy and well-appointed. Our stay was short, so we didn't do any cooking; but if we had, we would have found everything we needed! We have absolutely no complaints! One suggestion some family members made was a grab bar in the shower, as there was nothing to hold while stepping into the bathtub. Also, seating on the top balcony would have been enjoyable, but we loved the porch swing! Luke was very attentive and offers great communication! The bunks in the loft are a great feature! The youngest of our party really enjoyed them! The location is perfect; the nearby Dollar General and food truck park were perfect for last minute necessities or a quick bite to eat! We would love to stay here again!
