This house is a newly renovated cabin and has everything ready for you to enjoy! Located in gated lake community filled with amenities, this home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The open floor plan allows for constant interaction with friends and family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your entertaining needs including all cooking necessities (pots, pans, etc.), as well as serving dishes, utensils and glasses. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and is perfectly situated in the open living area.

This house includes free TV and internet as well as comfortable furniture. The house has central AC and heat - which is very rare for this community. We also have a small washer and dryer unit available on the property! There is also a back deck which has a brand new gas grill and plentiful table seating for amazing outdoor living.

The house has 3 bedrooms which sleeps a total of 6 people. There is a spacious queen bedroom on the 1st floor with a large closet. Then there are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, including 1 queen bedroom with gorgeous sky lights and a closet, 1 full bedroom with a large closet, and another large office. All bedrooms are furnished with cozy bedding (that matches throughout all bedrooms) and storage for all your clothes during your stay.

The house has 2 spacious full bathrooms - tub/shower on the 1st floor and another large walk-in shower on the 2nd floor. Each bathroom has open shelving for your toiletry's storage during your stay.

The house is less than a 5 minute walk to Beach 3 on the community's private lake and less than 10 minutes away from the brand new amenities lodge. Arrowhead Lake Community features 2 lakes, 3 pools, 4 beaches, basketball and tennis courts, boat rentals, playgrounds, and numerous activities at the amenities lodge.

Please Note: Once you’ve booked your stay with us, you’ll need to complete a brief rental application with Arrowhead Lake Community Association. We’ll submit the application for you and you’ll complete it directly via Arrowhead Lake Community Association’s website. (WINTER SEASON Sept 16 - May 14): The application includes: (1) Transaction Fee: $20 ($10 if application completed 5+ days prior to arrival). This fee is the Welcome Center's cost to process the rental & check you in upon your arrival. (2) Gate Card Fees: FIRST vehicles are $0, but $15 per vehicle for the 2nd vehicle and subsequent vehicles. The Gate Card allows 24 hours access to both entry gates into the private community as well as the welcome center and the community lodge. (3) Temporary Membership Fee: $2 per person, per day (ages 12 and over). This Temporary Membership includes a wristband that must be worn to attend events or use any amenities or common areas within the community. It allows access to the Beaches, Pools, Lodge, Events, Welcome Center Family Game Room, Gym, Lodge Billiards Room, Pavilions, Lakes, Playgrounds, Sports Courts, Trash Center, and all other common area of Arrowhead Lake Community.
(SUMMER SEASON May 15 - Sept. 15): $8 per person per day, $40 a week, $100 per month (1-6 months)
