In response to your review, and to all my future guests who may read this response. 1. The parking lot - You rent a room with a private entrance - you don't rent the whole house, there is room for 4 cars in my parking lot and I think it's absolutely normal to ask me where it's convenient to park, you parked in the middle of the entrance and took two parking spaces , I am explaining to each of my guests how to park so they to have the easiest possible entry and exit , and also because the day I text to you to move the car and explain to you where to park, I had a schedule appointment for installation of new water heater, and expecting a big track and you was park on the middle of the drive way. 2. About the humid - The room was renovated a few years ago with the best quality insulation materials, there are 3 options to air out the room and it is absolutely normal to have steam in the air after two people take in a shower, but also absolutely normal to ventilate the room - to open the pretty big window in the bathroom or to use the vent in the bathroom, you can also can open the window in the room, which you didn't do any of this 3 options , you decided to use the air purifier and dehumidifier that I bought for my guests three years ago because of the smoke from the forest fires, there is no way you can ventilate the room with only this little machine and I was very disappointed because when I went to the room after you left the container of the machine was overflowing and there was a lot of water on the floor which you should have informed me about IMMEDIATLY because it could have caused damage the floor and I have the right to report it as a damage due to your negligence. But Thanks FOR your review I will now write in the instructions where my guests can park and how to ventilate the room. 3. Regarding the use of the patio furniture, on my listing doesn't say that my guests can use it, but I have asked you several times, if you have any questions or concerns to let me know and you can contact me at any time, I have no way of knowing if you want to use the pool or patio as it is not private only for the room you rent.
