Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers a vacation space of its own. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi.

Wonderful Experience

From start to finish, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. The property was super clean and the furnishings were super comfortable. It was one of our better stays in Bethany Beach and we've been visiting for years. Thank you for the great stay!

3501 has a cheep owner

The vacuum didn’t work, the broom look like it was put through a garbage disposal, the floorboards on the outdoor balcony are covered in algae and desperately need to be resurfaced. Don’t walk around without flip-flops on because the carpet is very dirty.

This unit was in dire need of tlc. It was not clean at all. The master bath made my skin crawl. Ugh! The tram system was confusing and took up too much of our day waiting. The tram drivers were very friendly.

Needs deep cleaning and updating

I had to clean the condo when I got there. Rugs and chair upholstery are stained. Cobwebs in corners, floors dirty/old and walls need to be wiped down or painted. All rooms need updating.

Not what we expected

Upon entering the rental we noticed a musty smell and as we looked down realized it was the stained carpet. Every room in the space the carpet was stained. Next we noticed the walls had marks throughout. The grilles for the supply air had rust on them. The pans teflon was flaked off and the lack of cooking utensils became a problem. Trying to make the best of our situation we communicated with customer service. Specifically about the lack of baking pans and storage containers. They offered to provide some however, we specifically stated that we did not anyone in our space while we are not present. This was ignored and while we were out items were dropped off. Upon going on vacation i bring my sensitive work information with me. Knowing that someone came in without us present created great anixity. My wife and I did our best to not let this rental ruin our vacation with our 3 sons. It was not easy………. I stopped communication with customer service as I did not want another impromptu visit without us present.

Only saving grace is the poorly furnished deck overlooks the "swan pond" and is a short walk to Marketplace.

nice location; place needs to be updated. Tons of stains on the carpet; beach chairs rusted; balcony deck had loose boards; loft railing was loose; place needs a fresh coat of paint.

Swan Lake Sea Colony Condo

The Sea Colony perks and management made up for our outdated condo. The amenities and fast responses from management were AMAZING! Upon arrival the water wasn’t turned on and management had it fixed within 10 minutes. All questions were promptly answered and the pools, grounds and private beach access made for an unforgettable vacation.
