THE ACCOMMODATION

Stay in this pleasant flat during your stay in Bordeaux! A chic, elegant and refined little cocoon, this flat will be the perfect base to discover the city from the inside, thanks to its privileged location. Just renovated and elegantly furnished, with an eye for detail, its walls in beautiful Bordeaux stone and its distinguished and subtle furniture will enchant you during your stay.

Located in a beautiful 18th century building in the heart of the historic district, the flat is particularly quiet and also gives you access to a small private terrace.

The flat has top-of-the-range equipment for a comfortable and practical stay in the heart of the city: Nespresso coffee, linen, Speaker blutooth bulb, flat screen, Chromecast TV, candle on remote control...
Museums, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars and shops in its immediate surroundings.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Palais de Justice stop and walk 8 minutes

From the Gare St Jean :
Take tramway C or D from Gare St Jean to Place de la Bourse and walk 3 minutes

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The flat does not have a car park, the public parking "Parking Pey Berland" is located 150 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is 20€ for the day.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Very close to everything. We took the tram from the train station to the apartment easily and then were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Lucie the contact was very easy to reach and helpful.

Ich habe dieses wunderschöne Apartment im Herzen von Bordeaux schon zum 2. gebucht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist gut zu Fuss ereichbar und die Tram zum Flughafen auch nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Ich komme wieder.

Very nice place! The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. We left our car to the public parking near by and walk everywhere. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful Bordeaux ❤️

The location of the property in the old part of the city was fabulous. We parked the car on arrival and walked or used public transportation the entire time! We are already thinking about coming back to the same location in Bordeaux next year!!

This was an amazing small apartment for a few days in Bordeaux. Great location, walkable to all the major sites and tram link to airport. Immaculately presented with everything you'd need.

Nice spot in Bordeaux

Convenient to Cathedral (with parking), shops and restaurants, this comfortable apartment is nicely furnished. It does have 22 steps to get up to it and down/up to/from the bedroom to the living area. So don't bring a large suitcase...

Relaxing Bordeaux

We enjoyed our stay here. It is located in the pedestrian area and is close to shopping, restaurants, tourist sights and grocery store was right around the corner. No elevator so need to go up several flights of stairs and stairs to access bedroom/bathroom area. Communication was very good and coordination of meeting us upon arrival was easy.

A great & quiet location

This apartment was comfortable and light. Lucie helped us greatly in checking in and local recommendations. The ONLY issue we had and fortunately it was not a deal breaker is I do not remember reading the description there are 22 narrow & steep stairs between the living room/kitchentte/front door and the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. Luckily we do not have mobility issues but others may.

Beautiful Bordeaux

Although the location of the apartment is excellent, its online photos are deceiving. The apartment is definitely smaller than it looks and gets no sunlight at all; hence, it’s not especially bright. The bedroom is reached by walking down a steep flight of stairs and the bathroom always felt damp. I enjoyed my two weeks in Bordeaux, but I must admit to being disappointed with the apartment.

Well presented apartment, in an ideal location. Close to tram lines, shops and cultural sites. Lucie kept in touch with us before the stay and met us on arrival, even though we were delayed because our train to Bordeaux was cancelled. Only negative is the 20+ steps to the apartment and down to the bedroom, especially with heavy luggage.

Excelente departamento en todos los aspectos. Ubicación privilegiada en el centro de la ciudad, con todo cercano para recorrerlo a pie. Comodidad del departamento, con todos las funcionalidades requeridas, perfectamente equipado. Muy buen gusto y cuidado por los detalles en la decoración. Limpieza impecable. Nos recibió Lucie, quien fue súper amable y predispuesta para mostrarnos el departamento y ayudarnos con indicaciones de la ciudad. Detalles que son una grata sorpresa como un mapa a disposición, cápsulas de café y agua fría en la heladera, entre otros, son un plus genial. Definitivamente volvería y lo recomendaría.

Beautiful Apartment in a Central Location

This beautiful apartment is centrally located in the old city of Bordeaux, walking distance from the river. We enjoyed the tasteful and charming decor, but not as much as the beautiful glow of the stone that makes up this apartment. There was a grocery store steps away from the front door and a beautiful church. This place is a true gem and I would gladly recommend it to anyone!

Excellent accommodation

The flat in Bordeaux was absolutely perfect. It was everything it promised to be in the description and more. Lucie made the check in process in Reis LT smooth and was very efficient at getting back to me. During our stay, we were completely content and had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this flat and I will certainly come back again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Auch an heißen Tagen angenehm, im Erdgeschoss, wo sich das Schlafzimmer befindet, kann es auch etwas klamm werden. Wir würden die Wohnung aber jederzeit wieder buchen, da auch alles, was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe ist.

Good location, very clean , excellent check in but the dampness is a real bummer!

The apartment is well furnished. Spotless and clean , lovely check-in. Tge location is very good yet it is peaceful. The dampness in the bedroom is real. I would take the sheets and pillows upstairs to the living space to dry them out somewhat. I took 1 minute showers . The heater works but the heat goes upstairs to the living space . I hope thoe owners will address the dampness issue .
