Welcome to our executive condo situated in the beautiful, sunny Okanagan Valley on Skaha Lake. Enjoy the view of the lake and access beautiful Lions Gardens and the famous Kettle Valley Railway trail right from the deck. Spend your days around the heated salt water pool, or bask away at beautiful Kenyon Beach. We are also located in the heart of wine country, with many wine tours offered throughout the area. Or visit one of the many famous Okanagan fruit orchards offering a wide variety of fruit and produce. The vineyards provide many fine dining options or make a short trip to Penticton where you will find many more upscale options. Everthing is provided, from high speed internet, cable, a barbeque, air conditioning, kitchenware, towels, and linens. Enjoy this home away from home.

We had a lovely experience with our stay here. Host were prompt in responding to us and check in and out process was super easy. Travelled with our 8 month old and were pleasantly surprised when we found the booster seat, definitely a great bonus! Place was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay with a family. We travelled with our 4 young children and Wally and Julie’s condo was perfect. The unit was clean and very well supplied. Kids had a blast at the pool (right outside the front door!) and the beach had a great playground and splash park as well. We enjoyed a nearby hike to the goldfish pond (very kid friendly hike but the pond is full of goldfish), and enjoyed lunch and wine slushies at see ya later ranch. (Great place to enjoy a glass of wine while kids play lawn games on their great green space). We also enjoyed our morning walks to the local coffee shop and after dinner walks to tickleberries for ice cream. Our only complaint is we wish we had stayed a little longer! Thank you so much Wally and Julie for being amazing hosts and letting us stay in your home. We hope to be back next year :)

This is the second time staying at this property. Very clean, excellent location, the kids love the pool right outside the front door. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk away.

Amazing family stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Okanagan Falls! It was clean, quiet, and in the perfect location — just a short walk to the grocery store, beach, and splash park. The whole family had a fun and relaxing time. It was the perfect little spot for us to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Exceeded expectations

This lovely home was extremely well appointed for our 6 day stay. The lovely pool was steps away from our doorstep. The beach was a few minutes walk. There is a beautiful park and the KVR Trail directly adjacent. The bird life is magnificent and there was even a muskrat in the pond. I wouldn’t change a thing.

We have been coming to this complex for 15 years now, but this is our first stay in this unit. We found the condo comfortable, clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The complex is family oriented and secure, which is a big part of what keeps us coming back. The owners were very good with communication both prior to our arrival and afterward. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Layed back family vacation

Our hosts have thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Beds are comfortable, ample towels, kitchen is stalked. We loved coffee on the private outdoor patio in the morning, games and time in the common pool. Great location only 15 mins from Penticton, 15 mins to Oliver in quiet beachside community. Close to beach, trails, wineries. We would definitely stay here again.

Best short term rental we've ever seen

This property is absolutely perfect. Fully equipped, very comfortable for six people, close to everything so you don't need a car, and spotless. Just a couple of steps to the pool and a block from the lake. Location could not be better and being on the ground floor to avoid stairs was excellent. We didn't need anything but just a couple of questions were answered immediately by Wally. We like to try new getaways every summer but after being here we will likely just book it many times moving forward. Best place we've ever stayed at!

Absolutely wonderful

Arrived at the property on a Saturday, very easy to find and easily accessible. The condo is layed out very nicely with a king size bed in the master and the remaining two rooms have a queen in one and 2 twins in the other. It was perfect for my wife and I,our daughter and 2 year old grandson. Beautiful views in the evening of the garden and mountains and the many quail scurrying around. Very central to everything we wanted like the beach, playground and pool for the little guy. Also very short drive to numerous wineries in the area. Very clean and quiet. Fitted with pretty much everything you need for a fantastic stay. Beautiful town, beautiful condo awesome stay. Looking forward to returning some day soon.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was close to everything, the place was excellent and we felt so comfortable there. Sitting out on the patio and playing bocce on the lawns was great. We loved the heated pool and having a grocery store so close was added bonus. We would stay here again for sure.

Annual Family Getaway

We had such a lovely stay at Paradise Resorts. Our unit was well stocked, close to the pool and beach, which was fabulous. The owners responded quickly to our questions prior to our arrival, and they were so pleasant to communicate with. We had a fabulous stay, can’t wait to come back!
