About this property

Lake View Chalet, Steps from Beach, Newly Renovate

Stay at our chalet-style Pocono Mountain resort house. Nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains across from the lake.

Our home is 2,600 square feet with three levels accommodating 10 guests.

The ground level has several entertainment options; the main floor has a beautiful stone gas fireplace; upstairs has a gorgeous view from the loft.

This home has a warm and inviting living area, large windows, wonderful views, a private screened in porch, fire pit, fishing lake, 3 comfy king size beds, and everything you would need to cook great family meals.

The ground floor consists of a pool table, foosball table, the “bunk house” bedroom with Roku TV, a cozy family room with big screen Roku TV, high speed internet access, and direct outside access through the main door. A bathroom with a tub is on this level, as well as a warm gas stove. There are plenty of games and puzzles.

The main level has two bedrooms, each with king size beds. There is another bathroom with a tub on this floor and a double vanity. The main family room features large picture windows so you can enjoy the beautiful lake view. This room also offers a Roku and with a few local channels to keep you entertained when you are not out enjoying all the area has to offer. Off the main level are double doors that lead to a screened in patio. There is a gas grill with propane provided on the front deck.

The top floor has a fabulous loft area with a great view of the lake and a desk for those who might need to work over a long weekend. An extra monitor is set up so you can plug it in to your laptop. Also, on this level is the primary bedroom. This room has a Roku TV, king size bed, and ensuite bathroom and standing shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own AC/heat controls.

There is a community beach, playground, basketball court, and pavilion only steps from the property. A tennis court is a 5 minute walk. There are a few bikes for the younger kids that you are welcome to use. Basketballs and tennis rackets are also available in the garage for your use. A fire pit with Adirondack chairs is set up towards the back of the house for privacy and a view of the lake.

We planned a ski trip for the weekend, but it ended up being too warm. Ended up playing games, enjoying the pool table and spending time together. Would be a great summer place to stay.

Do not hesitate to book this home

Went with some friends for a quick ski trip with teens and adult children. The layout of the home was perfect with an area for "kids" downstairs and a loft for the girls for privacy. Home was clean, owner provided all linens and kitchen was fully stocked with pots, utensils, etc. Also, the outdoor area was very nice with beach just across the street and firepit was a bonus and stocked with plenty of firewood. Shira and her family were amazing host. We enjoyed this beautiful home 100% . We booked 2 nights before and Shira was very responsive and friendly. Lake View Perfection!

We spent a long fabulous weekend with family at this beautiful lake view chalet! There were 9 of us with space to spare and tons to keep us busy! The home itself was immaculate, updated and well maintained. The host, Shira, was always a step ahead of us with info...which eliminated the need for questions or concerns! The lake views were amazing with a beach just steps away. There was something to do for all of us ...Kayaking, Tennis, Swimming, Basketball, Volleyball or simply relaxing in the screened in porch or open deck! Everyone from Security to neighbors we met on the beach were all very friendly... a few even joining in on our volley ball game! We will certainly be returning and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for rest, relaxation and fun!
