Silver Beach 502, Beachfront with breathtaking views! 2 bedroom, 2 bath

Silver Beach - Unit 502 is a beach front condo, with breathtaking views. It has a large balcony with tempered glass railing so you can enjoy unobstructed views of the beautiful gulf and sandy white beach. This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit and is located on the 5th floor in a low density complex with only 47 units. Guests are only allowed to have one car. Parking is $40 and you will be sent a link to VRPS parking service that the complex uses so you can enter your tag number and make payment. There is a ring camera by the front door, but there is no audio recording

One dog is allowed and must be under 20 pounds. Dogs are not allowed on the pool deck or pool area and are also not allowed on the beach per Orange Beach Ordinance. We will request a picture be sent to us by email or text to verify size of dog. There is a non refundable pet fee.

The master suite has a king size bed with a TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a large closet and has its own private access to the large balcony. The second bedroom is very small with a queen bed with brand new mattress and TV with access to a bathroom with a large shower. This bedroom does not have a closet, but there is closet right by the bedroom that can be used and there is a pack n' play in the master closet. The living room has a pull sofa-bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. You can see the beautiful views of the gulf from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.

The beautiful beach front pool has a large deck for sunbathing and also has bathrooms located by the pool. There is an air conditioned area with tables and chairs that looks out at the pool where you can escape the heat and sun.

Silver beach condos are located in the heart of Orange Beach and is walking distance to a Walmart Grocery Store and also other grocery stores and walking distance to ice cream shops, restaurants, Starbucks, beignets, bait and tackle store, souvenir shops and so much more.

Some of the shared amenities are two elevators, pool, boardwalk, internet - High Speed wireless. One car parking max. Our balcony is private and has tempered glass railing to see the beautiful views
