Beachside views in this Fully Updated Home-Away-from-Home Condo include Endless Upgrades and Luxury Finishes. This, always sought-after, Condo includes a large wraparound balcony, granting the most spectacular east to west views. From sunrise to sunset one does not even have to leave the balcony to enjoy the day and relax! You’ll have the beach right at your fingertips also!

Our condo is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo, accommodating only up to 8 persons (Maximum 7 Adults; including up to 4 children with list of names and ages of all guests to be provided). Primary King Bedroom with Ensuite Quartz Counter Shower Bath, Secondary King Bedroom and Third Bedroom with Queen & XL Full Bunk Bed. Hall Full Tub/Shower Combo Quartz Counter Bath. Stainless Appliance Kitchen, White Granite counters and Island Breakfast Bar with seating for 4 people. Open Living Plan overlooking the balcony and beach includes Leather recliner, sectional couch, TV and Glass Dining Table seating for 5 people.

The condo is fully equipped with 4 TV's, Wifi access, Designer Linens, Comforters, blankets, pillows, 8 sets of bath towels, blow dryers, Ample Kitchenware and Coffeepot Cone Filters. Also included are roll of toilet paper in each bath, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaners, Cascade Platinum dishwasher tablet, USB/Electrical extensions for all your devices. We ask that you please bring all the essentials you require including HE Washer Detergent, Beach Towels and Flashlights for evening walks!

This Luxury Home-Away-from-Home 401 Silver Beach Condo, fully renovated, from floor to ceiling, with completely new furnishings, solar shades, neutral aesthetic designer touches and amenities. Home away from home! This condo has it all!

Please send Photo, age, weight and breed of canine pet when requesting to book. Vaccine/flea treatment records are to be provided after booking confirmed. Non-refundable pet fee is also required. 401 Silver Beach is Centrally located in Orange Beach on Perdido Beach Blvd. The area offers diverse and unique shopping, traditional fare, dining opportunities just across the street. New Coastal Alabama Venue is just doors away! Cotton Bayou trails and bike path, nearby golfing, outlet shopping and marinas for all your water pleasures. Fly or Drive, we Just 45 minutes from Pensacola airport, 45 minutes from I-10 and easy access on the Beach Expressway. Area annual festivals and events include The Shrimp Festival, Mullet toss, Hang-Out festival, German Festival, Mardi Gras, Cultural Arts Center, OB Recreation center, Pet Parks, OWA recreational, pickle ball and waterpark, Dance hall and Music Concerts at The Wharf and more!

This condo unit and it’s balconies are a NON-smoking condo, this includes no vaping, drugs, or any type of tobacco product. Primary applicant and guest must be above the age of 25. There are no exceptions. Names and ages of all guests are required. Copy of Guest signing renter agreement license to be provided.

We loved our week in this rental. It was exactly as described. Everything has been thoughtfully curated and well maintained. The location is close to everything. We especially enjoyed going to the restaurant and gift shop a few doors down, CoastAL, for supper and drinks. We mainly just enjoyed reading and napping on the beach. Would absolutely rent this unit again.

Great place, great location

We had a wonderful experience staying here. It has been recently renovated and everything was nice and clean. The owners made the booking and check-in very easy. The location is great and there are convenient places to shop for groceries and go out to eat. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The washer and dryer worked great. They were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We will definitely be coming back here. Thanks again.

Spectacular home

Darlene was the best host and her home was perfect. The appliances were state of the art and her home was comfortable and beautiful! The kitchen was organized and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the corner balcony so much. The lounge chairs were comfortable and the sunrise was spectacular. The access to the beach was easy and close! If I had any questions she answered so quickly. I loved her help! So sweet to talk with. We will be back!

A MUST STAY!!!

This is hands down the nicest property we have ever stayed in at the beach! We have come to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for many years and never stayed anywhere so nice. The towels were amazing- I’m even ordering the same brand for my home! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need! The washer and dryer work beautifully and made it to where I had no dirty clothes to come home and clean when we got home! The view is gorgeous. A nice boardwalk and easy walk to the beach. It’s close and convenient to everything! Darlene was so kind and responsive to any questions I had. We WILL stay again as long as she’ll have us!

Little slice of paradise

Gorgeous updated ocean front condo. Darlene and David were amazing to work with. Very clear instructions for checkin, the stay, and departure. Owners checked in on us the first day and were very easy to reach and communicative throughout our stay. Location was fantastic. It was our first time to Orange Beach so we didn’t know what to expect. Not only is the condo ocean front, but there are a ton of places to walk to within 0.50 mile. Starbucks, a donut shop, ice cream, restaurants, a Walmart grocery store (with normal prices not beach town pricing), a surf type shop and more. This is the ideal location! Complex pool was very nice. No noise complaints. Definitely recommend and we would stay there again!

AMAZING CONDO!!!

Amazing!!! We've stayed in tons of condos in OB and THIS CONDO is the absolute BEST hands down!!! Super spacious and super comfortable! The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook, bake, broil, grill, etc. The beach is steps from the condo and the grounds are clean and inviting. This condo is dog friendly, and the dog area is right near the elevators so no hot pavement to walk on for your pooch which we appreciated so much. Clean up bags are readily available. Carts are on every floor! The condo is beautiful and clean, and the balcony is PERFECT. THIS IS THE BEST CONDO IN OB! Darlene is amazing to work with for your best reservation ever. So happy we found Darlene and her condo!

Balcony view is amazing!

Condo was great and just as described. The balcony had the best view to lay on the lounge chairs and watch the ocean and people. Darlene is very attentive and communicated with me the whole time. We even got to check in early which helped us out tremendously. We had a small dog with us and she even had fun. The condo was very clean and we didn’t have any problems with doggy smells like previous places we have stayed. The building was well maintained and the lady taking care of the grounds does a great job. There is only 1 elevator since the other is being repaired right now but it didn’t cause us any issues. The walk to the beach was so close and easy. Rental chairs right out front to make it even easier. We stayed a week for spring break and would recommend this condo to anyone looking.
