This luxury home features 3 King Suites, 3 King Bedrooms, and a custom-built bunk room made for the younger guests (or anyone who loves a fun sleep space). The first floor includes two King Suites with private bathrooms, including a gorgeous primary suite with double vanities, a large jetted soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a private water closet. Upstairs, guests will find additional King bedrooms and another King Suite, along with the show-stopping bunk room featuring two sets of Queen-over-Queen custom bunks, a lounge area, and a flat-screen TV. French doors lead directly from the bunk room to the expansive sun deck—making it the perfect spot to enjoy morning sunshine or unwind under the stars.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:



Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion at Southbound.



BEACH CHAIRS: Complimentary beach service is offered for from March 1st - October 31st. Service includes 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! * Set up daily starting the day after arrival

*Additional Beach Chairs: 2 canvas beach chairs and 1 umbrella are at the home for guest use. (Located on a stand outside the home, please return them to the stand when not in use and do not leave them at the beach)



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. * Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay.



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this starter supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.

Free concierge services- our concierge can help you plan the vacation of a lifetime!



All linens and bath towels are provided. Please provide your own beach/pool towels.



Starter set of supplies. We will get you started and you take it from there! Includes toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dish washing liquid.



This home has a private gas grill. Propane is included.



Interaction with Guests:

With our offices open 7 days a week, it makes it easy to get in touch with us for all your vacation needs! Our office hours are 9am to 5pm central time. You can get in contact with us either by email or phone!



We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible! We want you to enjoy your vacation and stay with us and not delay any of your time!
