House, 2 Bedrooms (K,Q) + 1 Q Sofa bed + 2 Twin Flr Bed, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)
My wife and I love the Bozeman area and have been here since 1980. It is close to so many recreational activities that we try to take advantage of them as much as possible. The benefits of living in the equestrian subdivision are you can see the open spaces that provide privacy and quiet. Our 3 kids are married and living around the country and we have four grandchildren.
Owner purchased this House in 2009
Why Owner chose Belgrade
On the map you will see that we benefit from open spaces and a neighborhood setting. We moved to the equestrian subdivision in 2000. In, 2008, we built an oversized garage (30 x 50) onto the house with a second story above the garage that would offer guests a quiet/private place to stay. We opened for guests in 2009.
What makes this House unique
One picture window faces the sunrise over the Bridger Mountains. The other picture window faces the sunset over the Gallatin Valley and lights of the cities. There is central air conditioning for your total comfort. Sitting under the covered porch, even in a rain shower, is very relaxing and the rainbows are awesome.

We stayed for our nephew’s wedding. Everything was within a 10 minute drive. The property is close to the airport if needed and plenty of shopping and food. The view from the house was amazing. We had all the amenities of being at home. Bob and Jean were awesome hosts and made us feel at home. We definitely will stay again if we are ever in the area.
2019-08 Bozeman Area Stay
We stayed (2 nights) at Bob and Jean's immaculate property at the end of a 5-week, highly enjoyable trip to many parts of SW, south central and NW Montana. We picked their location primarily because we had to drop our daughter and son-in-law at the Bozeman airport for a return flight to Germany and needed a place to land. The property is even better than advertised. We had spent the previous 4 nights at an "off-the-grid" cabin on the west side of Glacier National Park. This experience made the comfort, convenience and cleanliness of the property very much appreciated. The property has everything you need and then some.
Bob and Jean were helpful, gracious and quiet hosts. We definitely plan to return in the future. We highly recommend their property for groups of all ages. In addition, the huge garage is a great asset, especially for winter time stays.
Bozeman 2nd floor
Even though I read the listing many times, I did not realize this was the 2nd floor only, with only one entry door and the managers lived in the main floor below. I'm sensitive to this as I had limited disability for years and that would have dampened the amazing time we had at the Outlaw Hideout. Perhaps a walk through video would be helpful so you know exactly what to expect (and what doors to open) We truly enjoyed our time in Bozeman and can't wait to return!! Thank you for the warm Montana welcome and making us feel right at home.
We would like to thank Bob and Jean for letting us stay at their property. We enjoyed the location and convenience for our needs. As we are moving to the area we will definitely recommend this property to our out of town guests.
What an awesome suite! Great place, owner was extremely helpful. I will be back!
Overall this place definitely exceeded my expectations.
