Located in a small gated community on a quiet cul-de-sac, just 2 miles from the white sands of Manasota Beach. Home looks like new, bright an airy, that opens to a large screened lanai/deck with solar heated saltwater pool in southern exposure. Enjoy beautiful lake and fountain views from a comfortable dining set or relax in two oversized chaise lounges. A large gas grill is ideal for barbeque. The home is tastefully furnished with elegant "plantation style" furniture and decorated with charming palm tree and pineapple motif accessories. Laminate floor throughout living areas, carpet in bedrooms, large kitchen with breakfast bar and granite countertops. Three HDTVs, DVD-Player, BOSE Stereo with radio/CD and a docking station for your ipod are there for your entertainment. High speed wireless Internet access, cordless telephone & fax, laundry room with washer, dryer and a separate basin ideal for washing of sandy shoes or bathing suits.
