Our home is located in the Plantation Golf and Country Club Subdivision, a quiet and relaxing area with nature at its back door, but minutes away from plenty of shopping, restaurants, golf courses, and beaches. We are only two miles from the Manatee Beach or five miles to Venice Beach. World famous, Siesta Key Beach is about 30 minutes away.

Sit back and relax on the Partial Covered lanai (screened in sitting area) which has a table, chairs, loungers, and BBQ.

Our home has recently been remodeled with all new flooring, paint, appliances, furniture, etc. With the perfect touch of decorating, this home really makes you feel like it’s yours. Several guests have complimented us on the improvements we have made to our home.

This is a beautiful West Coast Florida vacation home that includes three bedrooms (sleeps six). The master bedroom has a king-size bed with dresser, night stands and a private full bath and a walk-in closet. There are also two (2) guest rooms, each with queen beds, dressers, night stands and large closets. There is a full bath room in the hall, large living room, dining area with seating for six (6), kitchen with table seating for six (6), laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, central air conditioning. Linens, towels, and hair dryers are included.

In addition our home is fully loaded with living room furniture that includes a new couch and love seat, Smart TVs, Cable TV, cocktail table and end tables. Our full kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, accessories and utensils needed to complete that special meal. Appliances include refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and mixer.
