This charming coastal retreat features open-concept interiors with a seamless flow between the family room, dining space, and fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for families, its unparalleled location offers the peace of a quiet residential street while remaining entirely connected to the energy of 30A. Half a block off 30A, Sixty seconds to the beach access, one block to Seaside, two blocks to the Seaside Market. You can literally walk to everything or bike if you prefer. Steps to the famous 30A paved biking / walking path stretching all the way to Rosemary Beach if you like.
