FULL CENTER! This haven of peace in the center of Juan-les-Pins was renovated in 2021 by a Dutch owner in love with design, interior decorations and our beautiful French Riviera.



This charming house is ideally located in the Pinède district, one of the quietest areas of Juan-les-Pins near the beaches and close to the shops. It will capsize you with its large 300m2 garden, a covered teak terrace with a dining table for 6 people and a charming garden furniture.

Beautiful living spaces spread over two floors offer all the necessary comfort for an ideal stay. A dining room that can accommodate up to 6 people seated, a master bedroom upstairs with a spacious shower and a WC, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor living room, a WC, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a downstairs shower.



You can enjoy the nocturnal effervescence of the seaside and the tasting of the fish of the day during a dinner with your feet in the sand.

Little oasis

This place is a mini oasis in the centre of Juan les Pins where we have been able to relax, recharge. And the shops and beaches are close. Wish we could have stayed longer - well next time! Staff was friendly. Thank you!

We had a lovely week in this house. It is in a perfect location a short walk from Juan town centre and a 25 min walk to Antibes for more sights/nightlife. It has been renovated with good taste to a high standard. The aircon and wifi were strong. We did have a power failure during our stay but the agent was very quick to respond and sent someone to fix it promptly. The spacious outdoor/eating areas are a great bonus. Thank you!

My friend and I very much enjoyed our stay at Jerome‘s place. It was a beautifully renovated cottage that was very tastefully decorated. We also enjoyed the spacious garden very much. Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything about the cottage exceeded our expectations. The design and decor are beautifully done and of the highest quality, thoughtfully & artfully executed. The layout is excellent in and out of doors. The private gated entry gives the feeling of a mini compound. The garden has a beautiful wall of scented jasmine, wild roses & rosemary with lovely wooden garden furniture for lounging and eating that is well lit for socializing outdoors in the evening. The kitchen is more than amply stocked for cooking with every culinary tool imaginable and touches like beautiful hand painted bowls for serving. The linens are top notch and the mattresses and pillows luxurious and comfy. The water pressure and temperature are great & internet is fast and reliable. The location right in town and a few minutes walk to the sea & the train station is super convenient. Lena's service from start to finish was excellent, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back again and again!

superbe vacance

la villa est parfaitement située - en plein centre, mais le bruit des voitures ne se fait pas entendre. Des couteaux bien aiguisés dans la cuisine, de nouvelles casseroles et poêles. Pas de micro-onde ni de barbecue. Une toilette est dans la douche. les chambres sont petites mais toutes bien équipées. Villa a été rénové avec goût, rappelant un yacht.L'entrée de la cour est trop petite pour une grosse voiture.Sinon, j'ai tout beaucoup aimé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
