Spacious, pleasant villa in the hills above Antibes with magnificent sea views. The house is surrounded by several terraces and a large garden of 1750m2. Situated on a private and secure estate.

You'll enjoy a very quiet, unobstructed environment, a beautiful, large private swimming pool (13mx5m), a pool house with terrace and BBQ, a petanque court, table tennis....

Due to its location in a private estate of 10 villas and out of respect for the neighbourhood: PARTIES AND EVENINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENT GROUPS.

The villa offers a particularly relaxing and privileged environment with beautiful sea views. Completely secluded, quiet and sheltered.
With its spacious accommodation and 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the villa is ideal for families or friends looking for an unforgettable holiday.

* ENTIRE PROPERTY: The accommodation as well as the garden, swimming pool and all the equipment (BBQ, table tennis & rackets, badminton, petanque and pool games) are at the full and exclusive disposal of the occupants of the villa. The property is completely fenced.

* SANITARY:
- Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. 3 with bath and glass shower screen. 1 with shower.
- 2 toilets: 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor.

* AIR CONDITIONING: Individual air conditioning in each bedroom and living room.

* Insect screens installed on all bedroom windows.

* BABY EQUIPMENT: Full baby equipment is available on request (cot with high quality mattress, potty, rails, changing mat, high chair, baby stove, car seat).

* SECURED POOL (unheated): Swimming pool protected by alarm. Access by stairs is also secured by a lockable gate.
Pool is maintained all year round by a pool specialist.

* GARDEN: Weekly maintenance.

* PARKING: 2 enclosed garages. Possibility of parking up to 3 cars in front. No parking on the road, in front of the gate or on the pavement.

The only parts of the property that are not accessible are the water heater room, the pool equipment room, the attic and 1 rental service room.

Highly recommended

The property lives up to expectations. Everything you want inside very comfortable beds & very clean. The outstanding feature of the property is the swimming pool and garden associated with it. Another benefit is that the host,Fabienne, is very responsive.

Nice and cozy!

It was a very nice stay, the house has a really awesome view over the bay and we enjoyed the sunrise every morning. The communication with the owner was easy and uncomplicated. Everything was prepared to stay with small children. (Bed, toys, baby bathtub etc.)

Amazing house in Antibes

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely rustic French house, furnished and equipped really well, we were a group of 7 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out. Situated in a gated community in a peaceful suburb high above Antibes with great views out to sea. Carrefour hyper market is only 5 mins away, we chose to lunch out and eat in most evenings as the swimming pool, patio and gardens were so welcoming - although an Uber to Antibes old town is only €15 Communication with Fabienne the owner was really easy. I cannot recommend highly enough

Holiday with friends

The property was very nice but, there was a smell of mustiness throughout the villa when we arrived. The mustiness did go away once windows had been opened for a while. It would benefit from being updated in certain areas for example, the steps leading to the pool, are in need of attention as there were nails proud of the wooden steps and we felt it was an accident waiting to happen. Although saying that we really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the villa owner and local representative was second to none.

Dejligt ophold i autentisk fransk stil

Vi havde alle et dejligt ophold i huset, vi troede dog ud fra annoncen, at der var et toilet i forbindelse med hvert badeværelse, med det fungerede ok med de 2 toiletter i huset.Huset er udstyret med alle nødvendigheder til et lille barn. Huset er i et dejligt stille område, super udsigt fra terrassen og skønt pool område. Når vi havde spørgsmål, var Fabienne hurtig med svar. Til alle kommende gæster - glæd jer!

On a eu la chance de se réveiller chaque matin avec le soleil qui surplombait la Méditerranée. Excellente situation géographique pour visiter la Côte. Je recommande !

Vacanza eccellente. La vista dal giardino non ha prezzo, nutrimento per gli occhi e per l’anima. Posto tranquillissimo. Host gentilissimo e molto attento. Casa pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort.Unica nota: sicuramente un wc in più sarebbe perfetto. Due per 4 camere sono un po’ pochino….

Maison spacieuse, jolie vue et calme

Très bien placée pour visiter la région. Nos enfants ont apprécié la piscine. Un Carrefour à proximité en voiture si besoin de faire le plein de grosses courses. Maison bien équipée. Propriétaires à l écoute et la personne qui accueille est très disponible.

Super!

Les atouts principaux de cette charmante maison sont sa localisation, sa tranquillité, la sécurité qu’offre le portail d’entrée à la résidence privée et bien sûr la vue magnifique sur Antibes et la mer. Nous y avons passé presque 5 semaines en mars 2022 et même si les conditions météorologiques n’étaient pas les meilleures, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les chambres et le salon sont grands, chaque chambre a sa salle de bain (sans WC mais avec bidet, 2 WC séparés) et la literie est bonne. La petite cuisine est très bien équipée et, vu la longueur de notre séjour, nous avons apprécié la buanderie. Même si elle n’est pas sur place, Fabienne, la propriétaire est très disponible. La communication avant et pendant notre séjour a été parfaite. Olivier, qui nous a reçu et nous a accompagné pendant notre séjour, est chaleureux et prêt à aider en tout temps, grand merci ! Si nous décidons de retourner sur la Côte d’Azur, nous reviendrons très certainement dans cette maison. Yvonne et Gladys

Semaine très agréable !

Une séjour en famille très agréable dans cette belle villa spacieuse et lumineuse ! La terrasse avec vue sur mer et piscine est le gros atout de cette maison. Bien située, elle permet en quelques kilomètres de visiter Cannes , Nice mais également Grasse ou saint Paul de Vence. Le calme de la résidence invite au repos. La villa est très bien équipée et les lits faits à l’arrivée ainsi que le linge de bain à disposition est un vrai luxe. Nous remercions Fabienne la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et toutes les petites choses mises à notre disposition pour notre bébé. Nous remercions également Nadia pour son accueil chaleureux sur place et sa générosité. Si notre envie de retourner dans ce si joli coin nous reprend, nous reviendrons dans cette maison, c’est certain !
