Loved it!

We had an amazing time! Any issues were quickly resolved. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed using the bbq area. Overall an awesome stay and can’t wait to book again!

The inside of the house was dirty and needs a very deep cleaning. The baseboards were disgusting. The pool had a lot of algae buildup.

Took host 2 hrs to respond. Master bed frame was broken had to put mattress on floor to sleep. No hot water. No light in laundry room and washer didn't work. House was dirty and and we requested some cleaning products but never got them. The first day we were there we couldn't shower there was no hot water and we just came out of pool and washer was also broke couldn't wash.Asked for a partial refund and they didn't even have the decency to respond. Don't stay here.

Too hot to handle!

While the house did not look as "newly renovated" as I was expecting from the pics, it wasnt too bad. The ac was the bummer for me. There was a note that said the lowest was 74 or it would mess up. We bought 2 box fans but it was still too hot. I didnt see a point of letting anyone know since the note was already there.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay with our 2 service dogs. Only thing that would have been helpful is the grass cut & hedges trimmed but otherwise it was great. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Dirty, roach infested, terrible upkeep, NOT CLEAN AT ALL! i stayed at 2 other similarly priced VRBO's on my vacation, and this was BY FAR the most disgusting place i have ever stayed, especially compared to the other places on this vacation. We didnt even want to complete our 3 day stay! It was hard to even sleep there for 3 days. I guarantee some of those cockroachea hitched a ride back in my suitcaces! Yuck!Do Not reccommend!

This was a good property to rent for location and size for a large family. Overall cleanliness was good however some items could have been improved to make it a higher rating.

Pool house w/ patio and bbq geill

Most enjoyable stay, host was very accommodating and property was clean (except for toaster). Yard is work in progress, needs so fencing repairs, but otherwise a very comfortable property.

Why would anyone pay for a hotel?

Perfect for a family! Two wonderful living areas. Kitchen and breakfast area. Fenced in yard with pool. Why pay for a hotel? Hosts are super quick to help with anything! Highly recommend!

Great stay

The house is in a neighborhood but it was very peaceful. We had everything we needed. It was hard to maintain a cool temperature during the day but the heat has been awful lately. One suggestion would be to install towel racks in the bathrooms.

We are extremely satisfied with the location of this property, very calm neighborhood, good location and not to far of a commute to great outdoor activities. House is in great condition, and described as such :) Our family enjoyed it very much. P.S we accidentally left behind our AirPods, to which the owners kindly mailed to us! Love their honesty and ethics. If everyone will be as great as them, the world would be much better. I have nothing bad to say, I highly recommend 🤗

Below Average Stay

We were looking forward to staying in this home because of it's ample space and pool that were described. The home looked unkempt - the grass was high in the front and the back yards. The front door was old and the lock didn't seem to fit right with the door. We killed multiple insects during our stay, including roaches. The pool water was very low, so we had to fill it and clean debris out ourselves. When we did try to enjoy the backyard, the uneven concrete around the pool made it trepidatious and unsafe. The backyard fence is leaning significantly in one area. We told them ahead of time that we have a special needs child and because sometimes accidents happen, we made got the property damage insurance just as a precaution. Unfortunately, our stay was less than enjoyable so we packed up a whole day early and left. Just before leaving, my son messed with the living room TV and it fell. Mind you, it was on plywood and a brick. He also accidentally broke a small floral vase. Because I got sick and we just wanted to get back home, I did not contact them about the tv or vase. Before I could do so the next day, I received an email from the property damage company about a very inflated claim which included many other things THAT WERE NOT DAMAGED. At that point, I wanted no contact with the owners and only dealt with the insurance company. I hoped to have a better stay here, and won't be returning.

Unpleasant stay

We rented this house thinking we were going to get a nice and peaceful vacation. As the days went on at this house we realized that this house was not very clean. The description of the property said it was newly renovated but that is not the case. If it was newly renovated their water damage on their shelf system and base boards would have been fixed. There was mold in the bathroom in the hallway, the baseboards in that bathroom looked like they were never cleaned, and the pool seemed to have a leak in it so we barely used it because the eater was low. There was a lightswitch in the hallway that has a faulty wire or something because i got shocked by it a couple of times. My parents friend that was with us cut her ankle on the jagged and unleveled concrete im the backyard. The front bedroom at the front of the house had a loose outlet panel that is completely unsafe, and in that same bedroom the bed was absolutely disgusting. It was completely stained and looked like it came out of the garbage. If i had noticed the first day of our stay i would have contacted the owners immediately and would have required a new mattress. The owners also kept pestering us about a package that was missing that we had no idea about, we finally ended up finding it in the closet in the hallway. Because of this search for the package the owners asked if they could come a search for it while we werent there, we did not say yes as we were gone for the day but it seemed like they had tried to enter.

Cute and spacious

The house was very spacious with lots of room to spread out for my kids…. Pool was descent…. Wi-Fi was not strong enough for my laptop so had to use my hotspot for work… but house was nice and kids had fun.

Affordable place with a pool!

We stayed here with our teenage and adult children. This place was a great value for the price! I would have preferred check in instructions in advance, but as soon as I messaged Maricela about it, she responded very quickly. This was our first Vrbo experience and it was great! Great hosts and great property for the price!

Unhappy travelers

When we got to the house, the yard was not cut, pool was really filthy. Had to call host. She sent person to do yard and it took them close to 4 hours to complete the yard. We could hear lawnmower and weed eater inside. So much for relaxing with all that noise and no pool. We were told the pool would be fixed by next day but it took them 2 days to fix and half day to fill up. Only got to use it for half day on our last day there. I was told we'd get 20% refund for all this but have yet to receive it. Host had called me on day of trip when we were already on our way to tell me pool was not working, see if I wanted to cancel. We had planned and paid for this since January.

The house is a great lay out has two living rooms! All the TVs work and the bedrooms and the décor are very nice. The house is in a great location very easy to find. Also the washer and dryer are in great condition. Really nothing required of visitors to do when there!

Kitchen is open concept and sits between the dining and living room, making this home perfect for socializing & entertaining. No need to fight over who's watching what!! We've put FOUR smart TV's in this home for you: You'll find one in the living room, the master bedroom, bedroom #1 and the den! Need more than 3 bedrooms? The den can be used as a 4th bedroom and/or is perfect for a family game room & lounge area. Looking for a little extra privacy? This home has the perfect layout for you. All the bedrooms have a generous amount of seperation from each other. Master bedroom has a private bath that features double shower heads in shower. Master closet is so big it doubles as an office. Fully equipped w/ printer. Bath 2 features a sunken oversized jet tub jacuzzi! French doors open up to the back yard where you'll find a pool, bbq grill, a pergola, two comfy hammocks and a recipe for a great time.
